Local Classified Listings Hit The Pages of Adlandpro Community Today!

Looking for a ride to Toronto or a used bike for sale in Los Angeles?  Need a new apartment when you move to Detroit in September or backup singers for your Boston band?  Maybe you need someone to sublet your New Jersey apartment or take over a lease overseas?  Then you might want to check out the new Free Local Listings feature just added to the Community. 

The Community Classified Ad Listing features a generous number of available local areas in several different countries to give your ad the best chances of being seen. Place your classified ad in one of many major cities like New York, Los Angeles, and Vancouver.  You create the wording of your ad and specify a location for your item so it can be easily and quickly found.  Finally, after you have the ad saying just what you want it to, upload an image of your item to give it that little extra "Oomph!" for potential buyers. 

For you item-seekers out there, chances are you'll find whatever you're looking for on the Community Listings.  Apartments, jobs, cars, services, antiques, etc.; you'll find it all here and more.  

Here's the deal:  Because we just introduced this system, you may run into some errors or issues which need to be resolved.  We need your help.  If you identify a bug or a problem and bring this to our attention, we will reward you with 500 free ad displays of your ads on our Banner Impressions Program.  Instructions for submitting a bug report are below.

Local Listing Instructions:

Placing an ad

1. Locate the "Local Listing" link at the top right of the Community (Highlighted in or on this newsletter and click it.
2. Click the "New Ad" icon in the top right just below the "Local Listing" link.
3. Click on the country in which you would like to place your ad.
4. Click the region in which you would like to place your ad. 
5. Click the local area in which you would like to place your ad. 
6. Click the Category and then the Subcategory appropriate for the type of ad. 
7. Fill in the fields with the information regarding your item, product, or service.
   Note: Price must be in the form of a decimal number.  (eg. 39.95) without the currency symbol added.  (No $ sign)
8. Ad the finishing touch by uploading a photograph or image of your product or service and then click the "Post Ad" button when you're done. 
9. That's it!

Browsing ads

1. Click the "Local Listing" link at the top right of the Community. 
2. You will automatically be directed to your local area's classified ad listings. 
3. Click each category to browse through the different ads on the listings. 
4. If you wish to change the area you are in, click on the "Available Areas" links on the right or click the blue "UP arrow" icon at the top right of the listings area. 
5. When you click on an ad, you will be presented with the details about the ad and a way to contact the seller. 

Bug Report Submission

To submit a bug report, click here.  Please make sure that you are as descriptive as possible when submitting the bug so that we can troubleshoot it properly.  Include the exact wording of any error messages you encounter and anything else you feel should be mentioned.
