Hello Adlanders,
I come to you today with a special notice. My
fiance, Hildegarde C Ebersohn, and
I have unofficially joined hands together in
marriage on this date of 12-12-12. While
we have not yet received paperwork for the
Fiance Visa, we decided that since we
had planned to get married on this date that we
would share the words together
and make the motions known. So with that being
said, I ask that you will keep us
in your prayers as we prepare to spend our lives
together. Below is a statement
I just made public a few moments ago, and I'll
share it with you.
"Hilde,
My beautiful wife, thank you for sharing these
words(Vows). Your eyes penetrate my
soul, and you make me complete, not only in
spirit, but in body, as God intended for
us to be. I have no doubt that you will be the
best wife a woman could be, and I pray
that with His help I will be the best husband a
man could ever be in this world. I'm
thankful that He brought us together, and I know
that He will bless us abundantly as
He has promised, so long as we keep Him as the
Head of Our Household. I love you
very much, and I look forward the days that will
be ours in the future we hold together.
All My Love, Hugs, and Kisses, -James"

Hi All,
I am so excited to be given the opportunity
by James Wright & Adlandpro to share my bio
and article. My wife & I have been married
right at 15 wonderful years now. My children
are my 13-year old daughter & 10-year old
son. My wife and I have been working online
to supplement our income for over 10 years
now and have learned a lot. My favorite
thing about the Internet is making friends
with so many people and building
relationships. I love bouncing ideas off of
each other, what works, what doesn't, what
you can do better, and all. Some of my areas
of expertise include taxes, accounting,
computers, paid-to sites, online surveys,
social networking, forums, communities,
blogging, traffic exchanges, free
advertising & much more.
Article: Using good etiquette in social
networking
Hi everyone, so excited to be a part of this
close-knit community. I wanted to take a
minute to share an acronym that I learned
when I was first involved in network
marketing about 10 or so years back. It is
called F-O-R-M or FORM. When you meet a new
person, friend, acquaintenance, prospect,
even someone who you might know slightly but
not that well, here are some guidelines on
how to communicate with them.
First, the "F" in F-O-R-M stands for "Family."
Ask the person about their family. Hi, my
name is Steve for example. I am married with
two children, how about you? Encourage them
to respond and allow them to speak. The
second letter "O" stands for "Occupation."
Ask them what they do for a living. Express
real interest in them as a person. The third
letter "R" stands for "Recreation." Talk
about what each other likes to do for fun
and recreation, such as play baseball, watch
sports on TV, go to a live sporting event,
etcetera.
That covers the "F-O-R" in F-O-R-M, leaving
only the "M." My suggestion is to possibly
start back over and discuss the first three
a little more over time. This works well
when you meet someone in person and would
like to get to know each other in the first
2 to 5 minutes of meeting, such as when
you're at a party or social gathering.
However, I think that you can use it online
too when emailing each other back and forth,
using instant messenger, corresponding on
social networking sites, and so forth. The
final letter "M" stands for "Message." No,
I'm not talking about giving a massage ha
ha. I'm referring to getting to a point
where you feel comfortable discussing what
it is you would like to share with someone,
such as about a business you own, a program
that you are excited about, an event that
you are coordinating, or whatever the
message may be.
If you practice good F-O-R-M, both online
and offline, then you are sure to make
friends & build relationships.
If you focus on the message first, on
spamming people, on being selfish, then we
all lose.
With Christ's Love to ALL of my wonderful
Adlandpro friends. Sincerely, Steve

I wonder how many
people, especially
newer members
realize how much "exposure"
they can get when
they come to Adland,
when they talk to
people, even a
simple thing as
completing their
profile can make a
big difference in
how they are viewed?
As some of you may
know I was reluctant
to be part of the
POTW, but then I
thought about it,....exposure
and being able to
say something to
everyone that I felt
important to say.
When you see Adland
- what do you see?
Many people see only
the classified
section to Adland, a
place to place a "free
ad", but there is
another part to
Adland, one that
truly is unique and
that is the social
aspect, the
community, the
people who love
talking about so
many things, from
art to politics and
just about
everything in
between.

Dear Adland friends,
This time I will not
bore you with facts
regarding my life as
a child or as a
young and talented
executive. Gone are
the days when I
would pity myself
thinking my life had
been wasted
searching for riches.
Gone are my frantic
attempts to recover
the lost time by
looking to music,
art and literature
as life's redeemers.
Nor will I boast
about the great
networker I am now.
All I want to tell
you is what my
vision of life has
become, what I think
my mission in life
is at present, and
what I believe the
world will be like
in the near future.
All these questions
can be dealt with in
a few paragraphs.
Until recently, I
used to think my
mission in life was
to help as many
people as possible
overcome their
financial problems.
Now I believe there
are powerful forces
working on in that
area which can
result in a
wonderful outcome
for everyone on this
planet.

Hi
Adlanders,
It is very exciting
to be a part of ALP
for so many years
now. It is truly an
honor to be
recognized as Person
of the Week. One of
the many things that
I like about this
community is that
whether someone is
very active here or
not, you still treat
us with respect
while we are here,
encourage us when we
are not, welcome us
back with loving
arms and so forth.
So as not to leave
anyone out I prefer
not to start giving
credit however I
will have to mention
a few of the special
people in addition
to ALP owner Bogdan
Fiedur that mean so
much to me,
including Jim Allen
III, Kathleen
Vanbeekom, Dennis
Clairmont, and many,
many others!

When I start talking to folks
about me, which is rare, I am quite tight lipped
and I am my own worst critic and enemy. Be glad
you have not been party to one of my own
personal critiques. I know that I have a long
way to go yet
To best describe my early days,
this video and song from "Bucky Covington"
pretty much covers those days.
Fast Forward to the present ======>>
I have been married to Pam, for 28 years. We
have 2 boys, Cody 20 and Justin 27. My namesake
James M. Allen IV is 28, he is from a previous
marriage and he is married and builds Demolition
Derby cars and is a competitive weightlifter.
