In each issue of Adland's Community
Bulletin Newsletter we will be picking one forum that we find to be
interesting,
and one of the better forums in the community. The Newsletter Team
decided to do
this feature to help bring more exposure to the forum and it's owner, as
well as to
show our readers forums that they may not even know existed.
The forum picked to be features in this issue of our Newsletter is:
*USEFUL INFORMATION* started by DR. VENERINA CONTI
"
Venerina is doing a wondeful job in her new forum by keeping us all on the
alert against
potentially threatening fraudsters, trying to weave their web of deceipt,
in our community
and bringing to our attention potential scams and frauds about on the
Internet.
Not only that ... she is doing a magnificent job of welcoming new members
to our community by
posting regular bulletins on what's happening around Adland, the most
interesting places to visit
and providing easy to follow links for all to the most "popular"
forums...But keep your eyes
open and watch this forum, carefully, because we hear a rumour that she is
going to be adding
new posts with even more helpful information.
Venerina is a very helpful, caring person, she works very hard on all her
AdlandPro projects and
has been a great help to many of her new, multilingual, friends since her
arrival, here at AdlandPro, in April this year.
She is a dedicated member of our community and always takes time out of
her busy
schedule to help others and, although, she is still quite new to
AdlandPro, she has proven to
be very active and a growing asset to all who know her.
We are interested in your forum called "Useful Information". What gave you
the idea to start
the forum, and how did you come up with the name?
Well, to be truthful, when I arrived at Adland, I wasn't sure what to do.
It took me forever to
set up this forum, partly because I didn't know what I should write about,
since there is so
much already written in AdlandPro, and partly because I couldn't figure
out how to set up the
forum hehehehe. So, I just visited other peoples' forums and posted
there. Plus, I started
collaborating with Georgios Paraskevopolous on his new "Mysteries" forum,
so I didn't feel the need
to set up my own forum.
There are so many great forums in AdlandPro and so many great topics.
What drove me to,
finally, set up this forum was receiving a private message, from my dear
friend Raymond, asking
for my help to promote his forum about "Prayers for those in need", so
that was my first thread.
Then, after a little while, I received another PM from a member that
looked VERY suspiciously
like a potential scam, right here in our community. Not knowing how to
react and wanting to
protect my new friends, I posted the information in a thread.
Things kind of evolved from there, every thread is the fruit of one of my
friend's asking me
for help or sharing something with me, even the idea to do something for
new members who were
perhaps feeling as lost as I did when I first got here. I have more
requests from friends for
more threads, so the forum will evolve very soon with new types of thread
which will be even more
helpful... but that's all I'm saying for now hehehehe ...
How do you feel your forums add to the Adland community?
Well, I think that, while new members are still finding their way around
AdlandPro, it is nice that
they can go to one place and find all the helpful and interesting links
all grouped together. I have had
several thank you notes, even from veteran members whose forums I have
mentioned, including new suggestions,
so my postings do seem to have had a useful impact. Having been honoured
as a POTW makes me feel
compelled to do my best for the community.
What do you think about Adlandpro and the community that we have here?
I love it... I am completely in awe of everything going on ... the people
... the spirit. I admire Bogdan,
our CEO, very much, for his "hands on" approach to running the site. I
love the way he is so approacheable
and in touch with everything going on in a personal way. His love for this
community really shines
through. I, also, love the fact that Michael, our Adland support is very
friendly, approachable and
"hands on" too. Everything about Adland just makes me feel like I want to
give it my best.
To visit the
*Useful Information* forum, please click on the link and see how things
are developing.
You can contact Venerina through PM if there is anything you wish to
request or contribute.
Be safe, be healthy, be happy ...
God Bless and thank you

Getting To Know Our Power Members
You may have seen those red letters "Power Member" beneath their pictures
in a forum, but
just who are these people? To answer that question, we are going to
feature one such member
each issue, and this issue we'd like to introduce you to one of the newest
Power Members,
Anamaria Padurean
Q. What first brought you to AdlandPro, Anamaria?
A. I joined AdlandPro on 16.04.2005 about a month after I decided to find
out what does
online business mean. As most of our friends did I ended up here by
looking for some great
and mostly free advertising. One of my favorite online marketers, Jim
Daniels advised me to
do so.
Q. Can you tell us a little bit more about yourself?
Ah, Well! What could I say that it wasn't already said?! I was featured
all over the
place and I hope people didn't get already bored of me. LOL! I'm very
proud of my kids
and family, a positive minded humorous person! You know, only the best! -
to tell you
a LITTLE... And for MORE, the ones interested, they may read in John's
POTWs or Lisa's
Spotlight Of Friends Of Friends Forums.
Q. Could you share some thoughts about AdlandPro and the community we have
here?
A. Ooooh! This would be tough, to share only some thoughts
I very much like this place! And, of course the people here! They are so
nice, kind and
friendly! When I come home I'm so tired that I do not have energy to do
too much; I come
here to relax and feel great together with my friends; and most amazing is
that they are
all "over the oceans" by real or by means! I made so many great and
wonderful friends here
I very much thank them that they are my friends and gave me the honor of
being theirs.
I'm very pleased to know that I can help sometimes or that I can learn
from all of you.
And fill my batteries!
Here I was first in the Highlight and honored "publicly" and "heard" so
many great things
about me that I even could believe them LOL! It's difficult to be brief
when it comes to
speak about AdlandPro's Community! Maybe only if I resume to the really
short GREAT! Shorter
than this is almost impossible! Perhaps OK! Bogdan is doing a wonderful
job with this new
growing CITY in the world! We thank him for this.
Q. What do you feel you add to the community with your presence here?
A....Well! This is the question I always enjoyed when I was at some
interview for a job
LOL! It is a very difficult question! The most simple is to say ME, the
most charming,
beautiful, smart, professional... do you know some other words?! ... well
- all of them!
LOL! But seriously speaking, I think that it is a piece of the real
ROMANIA and its people!
Most of them deserve that, except the politicians! LOL
Q. Is there anything else you would like to add?
I'm very happy to have the chance to meet all of you. I very much enjoy to
work side by side
with my dear friends at the Gazette and Spotlight! Please help us to honor
your dearest
friends by nominating them! You can find all the links in My Sunday Post
.In the end I would
love to express my special thanks to Lisa Westberry and John Sanchez for
always being so
supportive and to my WOSAT team who are so patient with me! The "thank
you's list" should be
loooonger, but I don't want to miss anyone so I stop with them and say a
BIG thanks to all of
you, especially with you here at the Bulletin.
God bless you all.
With friendship,
Anamaria

Top Ten Reasons Eve Was Created
10. God was worried that Adam would frequently become lost in the garden
because he would
not ask for directions.
9. God knew that one day Adam would require someone to locate and hand him
the remote.
8. God knew Adam would never go out and buy himself a new fig leaf when
his wore out and
would therefore need Eve to buy one for him.
7. God knew Adam would never be able to make a doctor's, dentist, or
haircut appointment for
himself.
6. God knew Adam would never remember which night to put he garbage on the
curb.
5. God knew if the world was to be populated, men would never be able to
handle the pain
and discomfort of childbearing.
4. As the Keeper of the Garden, Adam would never remember where he left
his tools.
3. Apparently, Adam needed someone to blame his troubles on when God
caught him hiding in the
garden.
2. As the Bible says, It is not good for man to be alone!
1. When God finished the creation of Adam, He stepped back, scratched his
head, and said,
"I can do better than that."

Inner Peace
Contributed by:
Chris Wiseman
I am passing this on to you because it has definitely worked for me ...
and as we head into fall, we all could use a little calm.
By following the simple advice I read in an article, I have finally found
inner peace.
The article read: "The way to achieve inner peace is to finish all the
things you've started"
So I looked around the house to see all the things I started and hadn't
finished
... and before leaving the house this morning I finished off a
bottle of red wine, a bottle of white wine, the Bailey's, Kahlua and Wild
Turkey, the Prozac, some valium, some cheesecake and a box of chocolates.
You have no idea how freakin' good I feel....
You must pass this on to those you feel are in need of Inner Peace.

INTRODUCING ONE OF OUR INTERESTING MEMBERS OF THE COMMUNITY
Each issue of the Newsletter we will be featuring someone that we find to
be a very
interesting person of our community! This issue we have chosen our very
own CEO, Mr.
Bogdan Fiedur!
First, let me say, "Thank You" Bogdan for taking time out of your very
busy schedule
to give us this Interview. It was very nice of you to agree to do this
Interview for the
Community Newsletter!
1) Our readers are interested in knowing about you and your background,
and how you
started out in business?
Well, my background. First I'm an immigrant from Poland and I came to
Canada in 1991.
Here you will find more details about it.
http://www.adlandpro.com/downloads/qotd.zip
I have two daughters, Antosia (18) and Ewelina (16). I'm married to my
lovely wife Alicja.
We were married in Poland, short time before we left it. Upon arrival to
Canada we struggled
to establish our identity and find what we believed was a promised land.
We worked hard to
learn new language and obtain education from Canadian schools so nobody
would question it.
We did it and found jobs before our education was completed, so we had to
go to school while
working full time to obtain certifications. Having two small children and
nobody to turn to
for help, we had to count on ourselves.
Slowly but surely we have established our positions in our jobs. This was
the time when
I have realized that a job is not what we are after. Our promised land was
not about having jobs. It was about being in control of our future
and any job wouldn't guarantee that. I needed my own business. A place
where I would be
paid based on my contribution and not hours I would put in. While still
working full time,
I started a hobby business from my basement (around 1997). 1 Small PC
computer was connected
to the Internet 24/7 and allowed Internet users to place free classified
ads. You can see how
AdlandPro.com looked in the very beginning stages in the way back machine.
http://web.archive.org/web_/*/http://www.adlandpro.com
As an initial hobby system, the site started gaining in popularity. First
checks started
coming and advertising business started rolling. Around 1999, AdlandPro
was making over
$100,000, which was more than my day job. I had no choice but to quit my
programming position
and start developing AdlandPro into more robust system. I upgraded my
small PC to a faster
Dell server (which I still have by the way) and purchased faster
connection, still no
employees.
Within two years the site was producing over $300,000 per year but I
couldn't go
for a vacation. This was when I decided to hire my first employee. The
problem was I was
running my business from a basement and anyone who would work for me would
have to go through
the house to get to their work place. I didn't like that idea and my wife
was not very happy
about this possibility. We decided to build a new house with an entrance
allowing access to
my basement without going through the house. 6 months later the house was
ready and my first
employee was hired. Then the next one and two more. Today I'm thinking of
building my own
office building. We are hoping that AdlandPro can move within next 6 to 8
months into the
new location. We need to hire more staff and start developing more
software and extend the
community. AdlandPro Community is our main object of focus today.
2) Can you please tell our readers how and why you started AdlandPro?
Being a computer programmer and wanting to be an independent business
owner, I knew in 1996
that Internet is a way to go. Advertising at this time has been the main
source of revenue
for Internet companies. Classifieds seemed like an obvious direction to
go. Developing a
classified ad system was a natural way to find my space on the Internet.
Combinations of
skills and trends at that time allowed me to go this route. How I started
it I described
in my answer to your first question.
3) What are your visions for AdlandPro? Where do you see it at in say 5
years from now?
I see AdlandPro as a place for small business entrepreneurs. Much like it
is today, but with a
larger reach. I see AdlandPro in five years as the top 100 properties on
the Internet.
Currently we are ranked as 1,300 top sites of the world and we were around
top 20,000, 5 years
ago. Based on this trends we should be in the top 100, 5 years from now,
hopefully earlier.
Most of all I'm excited to see that AdlandPro community evolves in the
direction of a lively,
caring group of individuals with passions and real interests. We are not
some anonymous place,
but a destination for serious and passionate individuals. We are a group
of international
dimensions and although the language we use is English we can share our
traditions, customs
and views regardless of where we are from. We are self-regulated and we
are listening to every
voice which can help us with building a better real environment to share
our victories, and
defeats, our happiness and sadness, and expand of our Internet businesses.
We would like to
be as close as possible to a real life on our community pages and remove
the curtain of
anonymity by providing real pictures of our members and voice in the
future.
4) What do you accredit all your success to?
1. Supporting wife. I wouldn't be able to build my business and success
which comes with it
without her support and understanding that one day my "thing" will
actually work. She always
believed in my efforts and took care of our lives in other areas.
2. Being an immigrant. This gives me a better perspective on how hard is
hard and being able
to face this.
3. Meeting wonderful people all my life. This helps me with finding new
ideas and getting me
going through hard times.
4. Wanting to always learn new things. I never assume that what I know is
enough.
5. Need to deliver on my promises. If I give my word to someone, this has
to happen. I quite
often promise things to myself so I have to follow through.
5) Now that we know more about you as Bogdan Fiedur, the CEO of
AdlandPro, we would like to
hear more about you personally. What do you do in your spare time, such
as hobbies, family, etc.?
I used to play guitar. So from time to time I will play a bit here and
there. I like listing
to music, which I do after work in my backyard during summer time. I
travel a lot with my family.
We go to distant place for vacations. E.g. Caribbean, Europe. I have
myself visited around 30
countries to date and many American cities. I like gardening, I spend
around 2-3 hours each day
in my backyard, either with my family or myself. This can be just sitting
around or cutting
grass or listing to the music and the small waterfall flowing into fish
pond. And last but not
least I go to the gym two or three times a week and run around the
neighborhood up to 3 times a
week to keep fit. And I enjoy walking the dog each day.
This was a great Interview Bogdan, and again thank you for obliging us to
do this interview
with you! So, friends there you have it...Bogdan's story in his own words.
Bogdan sure is a
very interesting person and someone that we can all look up to and admire
for his tenacity and
his positive thinking. When one believes in themselves enough anything is
possible, as you can
plainly see from his story.
All of us at the Newsletter would like to wish Bogdan good luck and much
continued success
with AdlandPro! He has truly created a great business and a wonderful
community here for us all!
Thanks again!

Earning and Protecting Your Reputation
by: Kenneth Sword
Whether or not your brand is relevant to your content, it will quickly
develop one thing for
sure: a reputation. Everyone who reads your blog will form an impression,
either good or bad.
They will like it or not. Surprisingly, that's not the most important
issue here, because no
reader, not even your most loyal, is going to like or agree with
everything you say.
The important issue is whether that reader believes your blog to be
important. If a reader
doesn't find a blog important, he or she will probably not return even if
they liked a story
or two: there are just too many other blogs to see. If a reader finds your
blog insightful,
entertaining and relevant, they will return even though they disagree with
your commentary or
doesn't like your layout. In order to be a serious dominance in your blog
business, your blog
must exude seriousness. That doesn't mean your subject must be serious,
but you must be serious
about your subject.
For political and technology blogs, that would mean timely and accurate
postings. Rumors must
be noted as such. Opinions must be noted as such. In fact, you can be a
partisan. Your theme
may be a very partisan view of something but you've got to be fair to your
readers, who will
form an opinion about your subject based on what you say. If your blog is
about taxes, be sure
your information is valid through the IRS. If your blog is about
Motorcross Biking, entries of
your grandma's chicken noodle soup will lose readers. If your blog is a
news or reference blog,
you have got to be thorough.
Once your reputation is established, readers will come to your
blog to see what you have to say because they will expect you to know more
than them.
If you miss the big story or are shown by later events to be completely
off-the-wall when you
said you were certain, they may not return.
Reputation is everything, so as you build your blog business, remember
what you want a
reputation for and consistently strive to earn it.

This month's New Member

Joe
Buccheri
Welcome to AdlandPro, Joe!
Wow ! Thank you. I can't stand all this attention....well...maybe I can...
Here are some of the events of Joe's blessed life as written on his
Myspace page,
www.myspace.com/76786851.
Over the past several decades I've been fortunate in the fact that I have
a lucrative
career within the Entertainment Industry, and I'm still a sought after
voice talent.
To say that I am blessed is an understatement. These numerous character
voices I've been
gifted with are featured in over 1,500 radio and television commercials.
Having appeared
in over 15 motion picture projects, my acting debut came in the 1970's and
the highly
acclaimed feature film - BLACK MARBLE - where I portrayed a disgruntled
Police Detective
opposite lead actor, Robert Foxsworth. The production, AMERICA -THON, cast
me as an FBI
Agent playing opposite actors Michael Mislove and John Ritter. John was a
super guy and
very kind to me. He is surely missed by all whose lives he touched.
In the Canadian Film Production, HIGH POINT, I had the opportunity to play
a Mafia Hitman.
As a trained and qualified Stunt Driver, I had to kidnap the character
portrayed by lead actor,
Richard Harris. Presently, I'm producing & hosting THE GREAT AMERICAN
MUSIC MACHINE, over
Baltimore's Internet Radio TGAMM-FM. I haven't had this much fun since I
found out that it
is possible to chew gum and walk at the same time. Tune in. You'll enjoy
our time together.
E-MAIL TGAMM@COMCAST.NET
And a bit more about what's happening right now at TGAMM: TGAMM IS also
HAVING A CONTEST
JUST IN TIME FOR CHRISTMAS !!! Hey...it is only 4 months away...TGAMM
teamed up with one
of our sponsors and each week for 8 weeks we will offer a clue. The clues
will also be part
of the many emails we send out and also listed here at AdlandPro in our
forums. In December,
we will select - at random - ten lucky winners from those who email us the
CORRECT answer to
the question: TGAMM@COMCAST.NET
"WHO ATE MY CREAME FILLED DONUT? "
Winner$ will be awarded gifts that can include....20 CD'S, Gift
Certificates, Jewelry,
and more. When looking around TGAMM,
www.tgamm.com click on the top left musical note to
visit all the sites that have the TGAMM call letters listed AND you will
get an idea of what
you can win.
WE JUST LOVE HAVING FUN !!!
I am so excited about our connection with AdlandPro. The support and
opportunities here are
nothing short of ASTOUNDING !!!! I love this place....and the people are
pretty nice too J.
Have a spectacular day and remember......as we say at TGAMM....stay away
