Not all bad things happen for bad reasons.
Sometimes in life things may not seem to be going our way.
Sometimes we may feel like the world is collapsing around us.
Sometimes we may feel like we are fighting a losing battle.
And sometimes we may feel like we are swimming against the tide.
And the truth is that sometimes we may just be doing just that.
Events in life are just like the movement of the sea, they flow like the tide.
Instead of swimming against the tide, we should go with the flow.
We will have good days and we will have bad ones but not all the bad that happens is for a bad reason.
There is a lesson to be learnt from everything.
The important thing is to be aware and pay attention to the signs sent our way.
Only you have the power to turn negative into positive.
Only you have the power to transform weaknesses into strengths
And only you are responsible for the decisions you make.
So be at oneness with you and everything around you in harmony

Glen Wielandt.
It's That Time Of Year again. You guessed it. I'm talking about Income Tax Time - I know it's my favorite. : )
There is good news, however. If you live in the US, fellow Adlander,
Glen Wielandt
has a forum dedicated to helping you with tax questions and information.
Glen is well qualified to do this as he explains in his first post, he has"…. worked for the "Big Three"
tax franchises throughout the last 27 years as an employee, franchisee and corporate director". The forum is
fairly new and will only run until April 17th, but already there are some interesting questions and quite
a bit in the way of links to specific reports, creative deductions and publications and forms for the self-employed.
My advice to you? Hop on over to
Income Tax Season Is Here, have a look, pick up on some of the information provided, and then if
you have a question, ask away. Here is a person who knows what he is talking about.
In the meantime, I asked Glen to tell us a bit about the forum and here's what he shared.
1.Your Income Tax Season Is Here forum is relatively new, but certainly timely. Could you tell
us what you had in mind when you first started it and how you see it evolving over time?
I had been in the tax business for 26 years and I left the business in October. It felt strange
not to do taxes this year, thus I came up with the forum to share my knowledge and to advertise
my current businesses. I am hoping that the Adland community takes advantage of not only my tax
knowledge, but from others within the community as well. We have a lot of business people who
will be filing extensive tax returns this year due to their businesses. There are a lot of "legal
tax loopholes" that they should take advantage of to save some money.
2. How has this forum contributed to your experience here at AdlandPro?
There are a lot of folks out there with unique and ingenious questions and situations. There have
also been some "creative" questions as well.
3. Is there anything you'd like to add about your forum or your experience here at AdlandPro?

THE POETRY CORNER
Shirley Weishaupt.
In each issue we will feature someone from the AdlandPro Community that writes Poetry and feature them and one of their poems here. In this issue of the Newsletter we have chosen to feature our very own poet, Shirley Weishaupt
Shirley is married to a wonderful man, Harley, and they live in Arizona. Shirley has many innate talents, such as singing, painting, and of course writing poetry. Shirley is a very Godly woman and her poetry caught my eye, and touched my heart, because she likes to write about God.
I had a brief moment to speak with Shirley and ask her about her writing, and here is what she had to say to us;
Q. Shirley, I have read a few of your poems and liked them very much! I was wondering, when did you first start writing Poetry?
A. I would first like to say, "Thank you" for featuring me in the Newsletter. I started to write Poetry back around the year 2000 I believe.
Q. That's great Shirley! I always like to ask people that write where they get their inspiration from, so what inspires you to write?
A. God gives me the message to write!
WOW! That is truly awesome Shirley! I would like to thank Shirley for providing us with the following Poem of hers to share with all of you. I hope you enjoy it, I know that I did!

Calling All Crafters. If you are a person who enjoys knitting,
