Spring cleaning and maintenance is not just for around the house! This is as good a time as any to start looking at your ads, are the links all working? Is there any misspellings or grammar issues? Do the ads need to be freshened up and moved around?
It is a good idea to look over your ads every where you have them posted. You may have done some work to them over the past few months and its possible that you could have a typo or errors in the ads that does not serve you well.
This is the best time to look them over and keep watching your emails for more Adlandpro spring specials!
As always any feedback or questions are always welcome, just click on my name below
Sincerely, Barry Scott Editor

Home Business Success -7 Tips
By Vashtee Mungal
To be a successful home business entrepreneur, it is compulsory to develop and follow consistently a plan of action. Adherence to this plan guarantees success in your home business. Here are seven Tips for long term success of your home business.
1) Make a Firm Decision- Decide what you would like to earn by the end of the year. Having decided your yearly earnings from sales, proceed to work backwards to acquiring weekly and monthly figures to meet your targeted yearly income.
2) Build Your List- Your list comprises of valued customers and prospects forming your database. This is your greatest asset and is built over time. There are no guarantees in any business, however with your own list, you are more confident that a percentage of your customer would make purchases from you. The key is to do the work one time of building your list and get paid over and over again.
3) Advertise your product or service -Take every opportunity to use different medias to advertise your business. Driving increased visitors to your site from various media placements is likely to give you good sale conversions. The key is creating a response to your advertising by ensuring that your ads are captivating.
4) Track and Evaluate Your Business - It is very important that you evaluate and track your business so that you can take quick action to correct any shortcomings. Start operating your business as though you are already a big company. Do not get caught up in shuffling paper clips with no serious business strategies in place. Successful people embrace the idea of tracking their business success.

5)Develop a Professional Approach- Project a professional
image in simple ways such as setting up a mailbox at a UPS
store in your area, acquiring a phone in your business name
and opening a separate account for your checking business.
This approach can help your home business excel. 6) Hire A
Business Consultant- Your business consultant can be a coach
or advisor towards the successful development of your home
business. Seeking expert advice on ways and means to improve
your business can accelerate business performance to a large
extent. This is a good way to continuously grow your
business.
7) Develop Good Customer Support- An effective customer
support system in place for your home business can increase
your sales revenue tremendously. This strategy allows
customers and prospects to build good customer business
relations and place more confidence in your business
entrepreneurship.
Conclusion
Home Businesses Entrepreneurs can become successful
business professionals if these success tips are implemented
in his home business.

You're
on Your Own
By Scot Poole
It's lonely at the top. If you're a self-employed entrepreneur you know better than anyone that you are completely on your own. It has often been said that a self-employed person wakes up unemployed every morning. This is a very true statement. Furthermore, depending on the size of your business, it is quite possible that there are other people who depend on you as well. For many entrepreneurs, that group might be limited to your family, but for others it includes employees as well. The bottom line is that if you are a self-employed entrepreneur you are in control over your own destiny. You alone are responsible for your actions-you reap the benefits of your efforts, and suffer the consequences of your mistakes. At the end of the day, what you accomplish and what you achieve is completely up to you. If you find yourself in trouble based on your own poor decisions, or on forces that you cannot control, it is still up to you to resolve your problems.
Self-employed entrepreneurs and small businessmen do not have the luxury of a governmental safety net under and around them. A small businessperson who gets in the car and drives to Washington looking for a bailout won't even be admitted into the halls of Congress, at least not as anything other than a spectator. Unlike the arrogant chieftains of the Big Three auto manufacturers who had the audacity to fly their Learjets to Washington, a self-employed entrepreneur or small businessmen has no such access, and no similar option.
But as any entrepreneur or self-employed businessperson can tell you, not having a safety net also means not having anyone other than yourself to answer to. As a self-employed person, the entrepreneur operating a small business is in complete control over his or her destiny. As they look towards the future, their actions, their efforts, and their ability to achieve become the foundation and the method of their long-term success.
For people who are accustomed to working for a company, the thought of being on your own can be scary and intimidating. But for the entrepreneur or the small-business person, even those who are not making a vast fortune, the freedom is the key. Even in difficult economic times such as we are now facing, the personal freedom to act and control your own destiny is invaluable, and priceless.

Common Technical Questions
A great way to invite visits to your profile and add friends
to list?
You can do this by searching through the members and
inviting people who you feel share the same interest or
have some sort of connection.
The easiest way to do this is to look at the Reports
link, this gives you a list of the Most Active Members,
the Friendliest Members and the Newest Members. When you
look at a person’s profile you will see a link above
their name that says “Invite them To be Friends” if you
click on this a message box will open up and you can
send a message along with the invitation, if they accept
they will show up on your Friends List.
