The best way to get noticed is to advertise and if you are starting out there is no such thing as placing a bad ad or placing it in the wrong spot or advertising to the wrong group. These actions are all fundamentally necessary to know what and will not work. Most start up businesses have to make mistakes in order to learn and in order to succeed you have to know what will work.
The point is, if you are just starting your business or its a new advertising campaign be prepared to make mistakes, do not worry about them but learn from them. I am not sure anyone I know of has opened up an immediately successful marketing campaign overnight, everyone pays their dues for success so don't worry about the mistakes happening, worry about fixing them after.
As always and feedback or questions are always welcome, just click on my name below

9 Steps to a Better Website
By Eric Jaffe
If you have an online business, you know how important it is to drive traffic to your website. You might use pay-per-click ads, pay for top spots on the search engines, or even advertise in paid banners that hopefully catch someone's attention. However, if you are not using SEO then you are losing valuable website traffic to your competition. SEO is Search Engine Optimization, and it is very important in Internet marketing. SEO means that you optimize your website to be found by the search engine crawlers (or spiders, if you prefer) and this will help your site to be placed on the first three pages of search results. It is extremely important to be in the top results on a search engine, because if your site is not optimized, then it will be buried among all the hundreds of thousands of sites on the Internet. No one will be able to find you except by chance.
One organic way to make sure that you take advantage of Search Engine Optimization is to use the proper keywords. Keyword density is important, because if you use the right keywords the right number of times, then your site will show up higher in the search results. This means you will get more traffic. Think about social networking sites. They often apply it in order to get more traffic to their site, and sometimes the keywords they use are surprising. Yet because social networking sites cover such a wide variety of people and topics, they can easily use many keywords with great success.
Blogging is another place where keyword density is very important. If you want to earn money by blogging, you need to be able to get people to visit your site. If you have no visitors, you won't be paid. Advertisers who are linked with your site won't give you anything if they aren't getting traffic from your blog, and you need traffic in order to get your blog listed high in the search results and people clicking on your ads.
Other options for top search engine results include, banner ads, back links, blog posts on other peoples sites, article writing and submission, video posts to the tube sites, and well thought out content for your website with both paper and or tv ads leading in traffic. Just remember that your site's maturity, content, language, tags, and links all affect SEO. You can hire someone to help you with it, but if you have a bit of patience and educate yourself, you can easily do some of the beginner items yourself. Google analytics can really help by keeping track of which ad campaigns work best, your visitors, and even what search engines have accepted your site. Before you jump in spend the time to learn how to use the software and apply strategy to make the most of SEO for your website. Follow the steps below to get started..

9 steps to internet marketing success • Step one Make
a plan- What will be sold or serviced and where?
• Step two Check out your competition- Where do they
advertise? How are they driving traffic to their
website? Use keyword density tools to analyze the sites,
and Google them.
• Step three Create or update your online presence- How
does your website measure up? Is your website organized
and full of relevant content? Show your friends and
family and get feedback then fix the problem areas. (if
you are starting from scratch follow step 4 first to
save time and money)
• Step four Time to learn about internet marketing- Look
on line for how to organically optimize a website and
apply the techniques to your project or pay an SEO
expert to do this for you. Setup Google analytics on
your site to monitor your traffic, using the results to
further tune your site
• Step five Feed the search engines- Write a few
articles with meaty content and apply some of those
organic SEO tips you learned. Then submit them to the
many great sites where people read them daily. If you
can't or don't have the time, hire a custom SEO article
writer to write and submit them for you they can be time
consuming to both right correctly and get submitted.
• Step six Meet the people- Go to every reputable Social
networking website you can find and get your name out
there. Fill out the details about yourself with links to
your company and some positive words about what your
business is, and the service or products you provide.
• Step seven Show them what you're doing- Create a Blog
to discuss and promote your product or services. There
are both free and paid options out there. In most cases
free will work. If you want the most options get a paid
hosting package and use a Word Press or Studio Press
template. Your site will have a professional feel and
since you pay you own where your data sits.
• Step eight Make new contacts build your list- promote,
promote, promote, Get a program to control a contact
database that includes auto responder. Email your whole
address book about your new blog or project and tell
everyone who will listen to check out your sites. If
they hold value the people will continue to check out
your posts and some may even place your data on their
pages which would be great. I don't mean steal I mean
promote your content listed as your content, link backs
rock. (Don't be a spammer give the option to be removed
from mass mailing in the email, some will take part
other will opt out.)
• Step nine Study, Practice, Apply- stay up to date on
how your websites rank on the search engines. Keep up
with the latest SEO techniques, and what your
competition is doing to rank well. By following the
items listed here you become the competition. The best
advice I have if you're on a tight budget do what you
can then pay for the rest. Do it your self is a great
attitude. Though if it is costing you customers from
lack of knowledge or time it's a bad business decision.
Deciding where your time best spent that's up to you.

7 Ways to Get Your Small Business Site Ranking Higher in the
Search Engines
By Joshua Black
OK, so you have your new web site up and running. Your small business site looks great, but you need actual customers to make it worth your time. Sure you can pay for traffic, but that can cost a pile of money. Read on to find out 7 ways to get your site ranking higher in the search engines without having to pay for it. The number one spot in the search results gets 10 times more clicks than the number 2 spot. The number 2 spot gets 10 times more clicks than number 3 and then it trails off after that. If you are not on the first page at a minimum, your traffic will be very small simply because people have no patience.
Here are 7 ways that you can tweak your site so that it gets a higher ranking:
1. Change the domain name of your site so that it contains that keyword that you are targeting for optimization. There is no reason to include your business name in the domain name unless the business name is famous enough that a customer would be search for it.
2. Chose only one keyword or phrase to optimize the page around. The search engines want to provide targeted content, so you need to give it to them.
3. Make sure that you are using the keyword in the headline of the page and that the keyword also shows up within the first hundred words of the body text.
4. Create articles and content for the site, with links, so that it will be more than just a sales pitch. The engines want to give targeted content to their customers, not just sales pitches.
5. You need links back to your site from other places. Develop your own blog on a different site, talk about your industry and create links back to the site that you are trying to get ranking higher.
6. You need to create fresh, updated content frequently. The engines like new content. They are trying to provide the freshest content to their readers. If they notice that your site is frequently updated, you will get ranked higher than those that don't.
7. Make sure that you do not use any "black hat" techniques that the search engines would consider cheating. They are trying to make everything on a level playing field and if you try and trick the search engine into moving you up, your site could get banned from the engine completely.

Adlandpro Tips
Some detail into Adlandpro's products and services for the new or experienced
user. |
|
Common Technical Questions
Why am I being charged in Canadian Dollars? I don't live in
Canada?
Adlandpro is a Canadian company and all credit card
charges on our end are expressed in Canadian Dollars.
This information is provided before the
final ordering step and in the email confirming the
purchase. The prices on our site are quoted both in US
and Canadian Dollars. The amount expressed in Canadian
dollars will be automatically converted by the
cardholder's credit card company into local currency.
In the case of US customers, the amount
charged in Canadian Dollars will be approximately
the amount which we quote in USD. For customers coming
from other countries, the process is the same, we just
don't display those prices on our site.
Quoted US pricing is a fair indication
for all customers regardless of where the country of
origin.

notifications or if we can help in anyway please
