What makes someone click on my ad(s)? I hear this everyday and justifiably so, every one wants success. Unfortunately some assume that if there ad is not getting clicked on, the website they are advertising on is doing something wrong. Now I know this is going to sound biased but it is very probable it's not the website (unless of course the site is down) but the ad(s) or the person responsible for the ads has to bare the brunt of this burden.
Why not the site? Every website that receives steady traffic is a market, but a unique market and this means that there is a steady flow of visitors coming through daily. The visitors to each site are not the same visitors on every site so all your ads cannot be the same. If the ad is not attracting the visitors attention on the site to click on, is that the website's fault? Should they tell their viewer's to click on the ad? Of course not.
Anywhere there is a market there are possible sales, but you have to develop your ads constantly to chase the buyers down in that market. The same ads will not work in every website, so you have to develop different ads for each site you advertise on to find the buyers because each website is a unique market.

Links are a measure of website popularity and are important for human visitors and especially for search engines. Most search engine algorithms use links and links parameters to calculate relevance of particular web page. Links are also an essential part of the Page Rank algorithm used by Google. But it is not just the number of links that counts. There are few link parameters that should be taken into account when evaluating links and their value. The first important parameter is anchor text. This is the text that actually links to your page. This text tells to everybody what your page is about. Anchor text is heavily used by search engines for additional clues about the content on your page. Therefore it makes sense to use meaningful and relevant anchor texts that describe the content on the target page. Usually the main keyword is used to create a relevant back link to the target page. But you should never use only one word phrase to create links. Use various combination, let them look natural. Unfortunately, you don't have control over what text will other webmasters use to create link to your site. But this is not so bad, you have a link and wide variety of anchor texts is welcome.
The second important parameter is the no follow attribute. It marks links that should not be followed or taken into account by search engines. This means that such links are almost useless for SEO. The situation is not so bad because every link counts and even no follow links are needed to make the back link structure look natural. Of course, you should put more effort and time to get normal, do follow links, but never discard any opportunity to get a back link regardless of its type.

then the link is more relevant and has more value. The
page relevance or authority (e.g. the Page Rank value)
plays also an important role in the link value. Links on
high authority pages transfer the authority from the
source page to the target page. Link building services

to create links to your page, or when you have many
websites that need off-page optimization. So the
advantage of using such services is that they will
create many links to your websites and if done properly
you will be positioned higher in search results.
However, there are also some disadvantages in using
link building services. You have no or little control

created too fast or with similar anchor texts then some
search engines will find this as unnatural and your site
may be penalized with drop in ranking positions. Also
the ratio between normal and nofollow links should not
point to anything suspicious. With some services you may
get many links from various link directories, but such
links have little value. Such links are worth
significantly less than links on pages with similar
content.

Common Technical Questions
I had purchased Traffic Exchange/Impression credits and they
ran out and now it shows me as having negative credits, am I
obligated to pay for those?
No. Our system for both the Traffic Exchange and the
Impressions (Banner/Text) display will always overrun
and produce a negative credit balance. The reason is
that when the system is aware that you account is
getting low on credits or you are at a level where it
will get ready to stop, but it cannot account for the
views that are in the queue as traffic to our site
fluctuates on a daily basis.
So
your Ad/Banner may be set up to run in the next few
minutes and because we are dealing with 1000s of
displays per hour the database cannot account for the
credits that will be displayed in queue and will run
regardless of the credit balance. Therefore the TE and
Impressions will always run into the negative which
works to the member's advantage as the member is not
accountable for overdrawn credits.
