All we need is a one page app. and 3 months of bank statements and we give the business an offer with the amount needed, typically up to two times the monthly gross.

All you need to do is refer business owners who need capital, I have them fill out the one page app and include 6 months bank statements.
Our underwriting team and I take it from there and you get paid 2% of the funded loan amount on the first two loans, 3% thereafter. Our average loan is $107K, so that means you make $2,100 at 2%, Ten times that for a $1M loan.
If you found two businesses that needed $1M per month, you would be making $2M X 3% = $60K/month or $720K/year.
Or, any other combination of loans that added up to two million makes you the same. Needless to say, lesser amounts earn the same proportionally, so if you refer only one $250K loan per month, at 3%, that still makes you $7,500.00
In addition, we are also raising private capital through PPM's, so the opportunities are endless.
