As a member of AdlandPro since 2. September 2005 I must tell all my Adland-friends that this community is not like ANY other community or club in the whole world. I am (not active) member at all, and have used all my time in Adland (until my computer broke down, and my arm was going for sergery).   Well, no place can You get so many good friends, offers, help, possibilities, the best admin ever, membership in WOSAT and much more.   I recommend all members to go for a paid membership, and therefore get the best packet You can get for a very low price. As AdlandPro will be the best and biggest community for the future too, You invest Your money in the right place - and get a lot for Your investment.   I have never loved more than I love my friends in Adland, they sending me private mails, messages in Adland - and I will tell You all, I will be the last member that will leave Adland - ever. One of the hardest things to do on the internet is to set yourself apart from the pack and establish yourself as a true professional.  With all the "Scotch-Tape-and-Popsicle-Stick" web sites out there, it's hard to really stake the ground, claim your niche and then convince your target market that you have something that is of value to them. 

One of the reasons why I am still doing what I do 8 - now 9 - years and well over 3 million dollars later is a pretty simple one.  In addition to providing a good reliable classified advertising service, I talk with my customers.  Regularly.  I answer their questions, listen to their concerns, and I provide feedback to them in a timely manner.  I send messages to them letting them know what's going on with my business and how they can benefit.  This is an example of powerful business practices in motion. 

So how can you do the same?  Easy.  VERY easy.  Keep reading to discover how.  But first, ask yourself this simple question.

Do Your Visitors Trust You?

Think about this statistic for a moment.  97% of those who visit a website they are not familiar with will make the decision in under 4 seconds as to whether or not it is credible or a scam.  4 SECONDS!  and 83% of these visitors already felt apprehensive before they even clicked the link to get to the website.  Those are some pretty terrible odds stacked against you.  Chances are, of the people you do promote to, only a small percentage will be willing to at least look around a bit before leaving.

If you look at stats for many websites, even some of the larger ones, you'll see that people who visit these sites only go 1 or 2 pages in and then leave.  The statistics for my websites are staggering.  The average number of pages someone goes in is anywhere from 9 to 10 per visit and sometimes as high as 14 pages.  Why is that my customers go deeper into my website?  Great product?  Cool looking site?  Competitive pricing?  Yes, this is part of the answer but not the biggest part. Not by any means.  I have the trust and respect of my customers which I worked very hard to gain. 

Point Being?

My point is that without communication, there is no trust.  Without trust, there are no sales.  It's an equation that is as true as 1+1=2 and cannot be argued.  Period.  If your customer doesn't trust you, they won't listen to a thing you say and will never buy a thing from you.  Internet advertising is cold.  It can even be impersonal. 

Wouldn't it be great if you could really communicate with customers and build that trust?  Wouldn't it be terrific if you could exchange information with people who are in similar businesses to yours to increase your knowledge and productivity?  Wouldn't it be fantastic if you could send customers to an online community where you could advertise exclusively to them and send them to your website as "warm" prospects?  Wouldn't it be something if you could respond quickly to people's questions and destroy doubt before it has a chance to spring up and kill a sale?  Wouldn't it be great if you could do all this AND make money doing it? 

Yes, Yes, YES, YES!!  Of course it would!
