Thanks for having me in the chair, Bogdan should be back for the next issue so it is back to the kitchen chair in the basement for me. I am pleased to be able to let you know that the New Zealand All Blacks beat the South African Springboks this weekend and I anticipate that they will win the next match against Australia in a week.

If anyone needs a diversion from all their Internet Marketing and Promotion
I would suggest a game of Tyrannus (the Whirlpool) if you are a game startegy fan. My only warning is that it is addictive!

=================Success Story=====================
From:Mike Hills

Hi.

Firstly let me introduce myself and give you a very brief
low down on me.

My name is Mike Hills, I live in a small village in West
Wales UK, called Rhos, I have been divorced twice ( yippee)
and a single parent for 18 years and loved 95% of it. I
started my own electrical appliance rental business when my
youngest started school 14, years ago, and I have been on
the net since the days of the old 4800 modems ( I still have
mine ). I have just become a granddad for the first time,
with a bouncing, smiley grandson who is now 3 months old,
and lives here with me. ( cuddles every morning )

My first venture on the internet was buying and trying to
sell domain names under the guise of www.uk-netname.co.uk.
However after buying some excellent names All-Books.co.uk,
The-Digital-Centre.com, GlastonburyFestival2002.com,
AllHobbies.co.uk to name a few and not selling one of the
100 or so we bought. We gave up on that idea, or at least
put it on standby.

But that did lead us in to our second internet venture
www.Guide4.net currently under patent application.
Guide4.net was meant to be a major web portal. This was my
very first attempt of building a website. It consisted of
about 150 pages with links to about 2000 other websites by
product, then location.

However as many more sites came on to the internet every
day, doing all the submissions by hand, and being a one man
band, I was just getting further and further behind. So at
last with a deep heart again I gave up, I still have about
200 domains all starting with Guide4****** if anyone is
interested. The redundant test site is still there although
many of the links no longer work.

>From Guide4.net we started to notice all the make money
programs, and thought well lets give this a go and joined
SFI and Premiere Elite and started to promote them through
our third site www.CashGalore.co.uk. But alas reality struck
again, that old counter was sure spinning. But it was me
looking to see if someone else had been, and they hadn't. So
like many other people we progressed on to our own FREE
Classified site and eZine.

Hence the birth of www.DailyClassifieds.co.uk one of our
first subscribers was P Taylor and I remember having a chat
at the time on whether the site was for real or not. Well
over the months Patricia was good enough to help me through
the newbie stage ( although she may not have known it ) and
she became a frequent visitor to the Daily Classifieds site,
to post her free Ads.

Our first issue of DailyClassifieds went out on the 8th
September 2000 and looking back contained nothing but an Ad
for SFI and Premiere Elite plus a couple of other offers
from Amazon etc. You can view ALL the previous issues of
DailyClassifieds by visiting the site.

Well even with a couple of fantastic named sites such as
www.CashGalore.co.uk and www.DailyClassifieds.co.uk we still
were not getting the site visitors. Plan F then came into
being join all the promotional programs there are and
promote them under the name of www.eXtremeHits.co.uk Now
we're Rockin. eXtremeHits was certainly bringing people to
the site. But that was it, they were coming to the site and
leaving.

Poor old SFI and Premiere Elite were doing nothing and
that's where I had started.

So we wanted subscribers for www.DailyClassifieds.co.uk and
plenty of them. Then a little spark ignited in my head  and
a whole new program called www.10dollars20ads.com was
thought of and put in to practice. The idea was an eZine
co-op, where you could purchase ads in any group of up to 20
eZines and a total subscriber base of over 20,000 in each
group for only $10 per group. Now every week we process in
excess of 1,500,000 Ads for our customers, in little more
than 7 months the co-op has processed over 50 million Ads.

With the success of www.10dollars20ads.com and the contact
with eZine owners it generated. It was decided to start a
professionals SafeList where other eZine Owners and serious
marketers could promote various programs and swap ideas. It
was decided that the only way to stop the wasters abusing
the system was to charge a fee, high enough to stop the
wasters, but also low enough so that every serious marketer
could join. www.OurSafeList.com came to be.

Having gone further and further down that slippery slope,
and beginning to specialise in Marketing and Advertising, we
were often asked that question that every eZine owner gets
asked, " how do I promote my site? " Although we always
pointed people in the direction of www.eXremeHits.co.uk most
people wanted more, They wanted guaranteed potential
customers to their site. They were fed up with gambling
their hard earned money, They wanted Guaranteed results.

So after some negotiations with a guaranteed hits company,
www.GuaranteedHits.co.uk was formed. The idea was to
purchase in bulk Guaranteed Hits from a major company and
sell them on at a discount, although doing well this site
has not really produced the results expected. Again looking
for more ways to allow people to promote their sites and
programs. we purchased the domain www.eZineAds.co.uk
Specialising in dare I say it Advertising in ezines and a
feeder page to all the other sites.

However we had not given up on the Guaranteed Hits option,
and looking at various ways to improve on this theme. Our
next idea was to promote other peoples sites for them, with
guaranteed results. Taking the gamble out of every form of
advertising. Not just people having pop ups in front of them
now what could we call it, Well we decided on
www.AdvertisingAnswers.co.uk Only launched a few weeks ago
Advertising Answers has already been the answer for some
people, and from current feedback the site is working well
for them.

But there was still something missing. We were still having
to turn people away because their ads were not compatible
with the network marketing theme. Through our
www.10dollars20ads.com site we were getting Ads from
religious communities. Now although everyone's money is as
good as the next. We didn't feel these religious and family
type ads would suit the subscriber base of the co-op eZines.

However I got talking to one of these advertisers, and said
I would try and sort out a similar program to
10dollars20ads.com but for the religious and family
community. Me and my big mouth. First of all I am not a
religious man, and I admit I have not ( until now ) visited
any religious sites on the internet, so the gauntlet was
down. How do I start an eZine co-op on a subject I know
little about.

My only option was to come clean, admit I was a non
believer, and ask the advertiser if they would be willing to
help set up the site. In exchange I would allow them to
publish the Christian Classifieds eZine, in their own right
but still part of the Daily Classifieds Group. I am pleased
to say that the " Reverend Linda Richard " jumped at the
chance and is now part of the team, dealing with all the
religious content, and publishing the Christian Classifieds
eZine.

Although still under construction and hoping to launch on
the 1st September 2001, www.ChristianClassifieds.co.uk
already looks as though it will be a hit. From all current
feedback the Christian Community is warming to the thought
of putting MLM and get rich quick practices and advertising
methods to work, promoting their own ideas, thoughts and
beliefs.

Anyway I wouldn't say I was an entrepreneur yet, But hey we
are getting there,

I do feel very successful, I have a loving and warm family,
managed to raise 2 children from the ages of 12 months and 2
to full adult hood on my own, with one now a mother herself.
All the bills are paid, some even on time, and just
occasionally I have a few spare bob in my pocket to spend as
I wish.

Tell me who needs any more?

Subject:Looking for a good MLM Program

Hello Binod!

The vast majority of network marketers don't make any money,
leading to an 80 to 90% attrition rates. This is because some 90%
or more of the participants in network marketing are part-timers.

For the average person, two things are needed to achieve success:
(1) to make at least $300 per month quickly enough, and
(2) the downline distributors should do same!

Below this income-earning threshold people just don't stick around.

Having said that, my advice would be:

(1) Avoid getting involved with MLM companies that are less
than 5 years old. Why? Because 99% of MLM companies never
see their 5th year in business! New, hot "ground floor" MLM comes
and goes daily on the net.

(2) Choose a company with a compensation plan that pays out
60-70% on the first 3 levels.

One such company of ForMor.
It pays 15% on the first level and 45% on the second level.

You can join free. http://66.78.35.25/~dakay/viralmlm.html .

Hope this was of some help. If you have any question, don't
hesitate to email me mkankam@cenadi.cm.

May success be yours!

Subject:Looking for a good MLM Program

With all the scams promoted it is difficult sometimes to determine what
is a good program and what is simply being promoted to take your money
and run. I have seen many posts asking for a good program. I am
saddened when I see people put their heart into a program only to have
their dreams destroyed.

I can heartily recommend this program. We have been involved for quite
awhile and it is solid and it pays on time. In fact the company has
been around for 3 years and has never missed a paycheck. This is a
global opportunity.

It has a revolutionary pay plan with a 4 x 7 forced matrix. Once you
have four people the next person sponsored would fall below someone else
helping not only you but also others. With four people you receive a
fantastic product of your choice for free every month. With everyone
sponsoring four people in a week your matrix would be filled within just
7 weeks and you would be earning over $52,000 a month.

Many leaders are joining this because it is simple, powerful and
duplicatable. The virtual product is fantastic and helps anyone to be
able to learn to effectively market on the internet from newbie to
webmaster. There is also a wonderful product called eFasteam Plus 1
which is guaranteed to make your car run better and to get better gas
mileage. I can tell you that my car runs like when it was new and gets
5 miles per gallon more than before using this product. It is fantastic
and anyone who drives will want this.

This is a fantastic opportunity that you will feel good sharing with
others and that will be here for the long term so that you can build a
foundation for financial and time freedom that will last. If you would
like to take a look simply go to:

In response to your question concerning a good MLM company on the internet, I would recommend the Discount Home Shopping Club. The company has been in business for 3 years and has proven to be solid and reliable. I have received incredible support and training from my sponsor and upline. My sponsor emails me several times a week with training, advice, tips, etc. You can join for free and learn about the company and the opportunity and then upgrade later when you are serious about making money. The company has partnered with hundreds of reputable vendors in the United States, Canada, Europe and Australia.
Check it out here:

Also, another good company is iMagic which offers internet, comunication and other technological products usually not available anywhere else. How about an instant, whole-house hot water heater designed with NASA's assistance, pre-paid internet access, the fastest dial-up internet access available, free wirelss security alarm system, free cellphones, wireless internet access, etc? The support and training are great and , again, you can join for free.

Subject: Geographically Targeted Promotion

Hi Bogdan,
I just wanted to make one quick comment on a submission by Max S Beach
concerning geographically targeted promotion. He mentioned that to renew an
ad on Yahoo you should delete it then resubmit. Actually, you can click on
"EDIT AD" for each of them, then scroll down and hit "SUBMIT" and the ad
is renewed for 30 days. No need to change anything, if you so desire. This
seems to be faster than having to retype the ad!
Beware, on some categories, you have to recopy an ad code into a box
provided. I would guess this is to prevent auto posting by robots.
My one penny contribution.

Subject:Geographically Targeted Promotion

Hello Ralph, Max had the right idea, but he could have went a little futher
with submitting to Yahoo Classified. You can create more than 1 account
with Yahoo. After joining numerous emails programs, you can then enter
several or more accounts with Yahoo using seperate emails addresses for
each account. It was suggested that you Delete the ads and re-enter them
so they are considered new again. DON'T DO THAT! Then you have to rewrite
to whole ad again,Just to a simple edit, for example: delete a space, change
an (and) to (&) and vice versa.(Re-submit ad after editing)
Then the ad is considered new again, which puts it right back to the top of the
ads, but like Max said "not for long". That's why it's better to have different
accounts with Yahoo. You re-edit a few ads everyday so your ad is on top for
a little while, improving your clicks
On that note, I would like to mention here, I get more clicks with what Bogdan
offers with AdlandPro Classifed. Thank you Bogdan, I hope you're enjoying your
holidays.

This is in response to the people who are looking for more effective ways to promote their product, opportunity or service.

Over time I have come to truly believe that the most effective way of advertising your product or service is with an ad in an ezine. However, this can get quite expensive. You can use free classifieds, but they don't bring nearly the response rate of an ezine ad.

Many of your may already know about the new program "iNetStar". But for those of you who haven't heard, they are giving you a chance to put your ad in 95+ ezines for FREE!

That is going to add up to a lot of exposure for your ad. So I feel that this is a great way for new or pro marketers to get their product or service seen by many, many people. Because, remember, anyone who receives these ezines have asked for them and so are looking for your opportunity or service.

If anyone who hasn't been to iNetStar and placed their 95 free ezine ads you can do so now at:
http://www.world-inetstar.com/cgi-bin/view.cgi/jf7970/index.html

I hope this helps you as much as it has me. To Our Success!

Hi, I work with animated banners and read your question in adland pro's
newsletter.  There are a couple things that can cause what you are
talking about.  First of all animated gif files are simply frames
something like a movie that flash one at a time to give the effect of
animation.  You need to be sure what you are viewing it on will view an
animation such as a browser not an art program otherwise you will see
just the first frame.  Also if you can download the file from your
server using an ftp program instead of right clicking on the image so
you get the entire file and not just the first frame.  There are also
other types of animation's that are not gif and are server side programs
that you need a special program to set up and edit.

Hope this helps, if you have any other questions send a note.

Subject:Cornering the Safelist Market

The question of Safe Lists and/or Targeted Mailings are, no doubt, a concern for marketers.  We hear reports of SPAM (whether justified or not) that cost the accused time and money.  Buying so called SafeLists is NOT the way to go. So we, as marketers, must protect our business and ourself.  Where do we look?  Safe Lists?  YES, but lists with web based mail service (not mailed from your personal e-mail/ISP).

I've been reviewing several different ones by joining and testing ads.  Some are simply great for collecting more junk mail.  But there is one that I'm impressed with, The Ultimate Mailer.  This list is targeted (you select the target market), it is easy to use, and it has a terrific FREE reseller program. If you would like to test the system, take advantage of the FREE Trial here:

Subject:Cornering the Safelist Market

Hi folks,

In issue #253, Pamela Freeman mentioned that "there is
no such thing  as a good safe list".  Generally, I
agree with her since my early experience with
safelists had not been great.  Some of them like
ProMoneyMail resulted in ZERO click for all the ads
that I sent out.  I knew this because I tracked (and
still do) every single ad I sent out.

HOWEVER, there is one particular professionally run
safelist which I am quite impressed with.  Like all
safelists, it floods my mailbox with a lot of junk
mails, but this can easily be countered with a
safelist email account.  The name of this list is the
Business World List.

http://www.linkcounter.com/go.php?linkid=166737

I joined it as a free member, and I got responses
every time I posted to the list.  This prompted me to
upgrade to paid  membership which allowed me to send
out a message once every OTHER day.  Unlike other
safelists which result in 0 or 1 to 2 hits to my site
per posting, the Business World List earns me
anywhere from 8 to 15 hits per mailing.  Well, the
number is certainly not amazing, but considering that
I get to post 15 days a month and taking 8 hits per
post as an example, I get about 120 hits monthly.
Since the monthly membership fee I pay is $12,  it
means I pay about $0.10 per hit.

For those who use GoTo.com as a source of traffic, you
will know that click throughs at GoTo sometimes can go
as high as a few dollars.  For me, I am a small bidder
who never allows my bids to go above $0.80 per click.
Using this as a guide, I reckon that $0.10 per click
at the Business World List is worthwhile.

Of course, I still agree with Pamela that safelists in
general are useless since besides the Business World
List, I have not come across any other lists that
bring in  traffic, let alone sales.

Folks who are interested in email advertising will get
a better chance with ezine advertising as Pamela has
suggested.  Besides the three sources that Pamela
recommended, I implore you to take a look at
adhomebase.com:

http://www.linkcounter.com/go.php?linkid=131602

You can also join ReferralWare for free.  Visit its
members' area which has a wonderful list of ezines
that accept advertising at reasonable rates:

http://www.linkcounter.com/go.php?linkid=166735

Lee Benson also wrote a wonderful ebook on how to best
harness the power of ezine advertsing.  My sis bought
the book and we both learnt a lot from reading it.

Subject:DHS

Hi Tom,
I have been in The DHS Club for 3 months. I am now a Bronze Manager. I usually don't ask people how much money they are making,it seems to me to be a personal thing and so I won't tell. Let's just say, I am getting monthly checks. If you need to know how much you can find that out at The DHS website where it is plainly listed. Does DHS work? Absolutely! When I joined I knew nothing about building a online business. I took a chance and upgraded to VIP (Vested Income Partner). I thought I would give it a try for a few months, if it didn't work out I would just cancel and move on. I never expected the help and training that I got from my upline sponsors. They are Fantastic! The way DHS works is unlike anything I had ever seen. The upline success only works if the downline is successful too. So what we do is help build the business of new VIP's. When a new VIP gets 3 VIP's in their downline DHS no longer bills any kind of fees. It is just deducted from our monthly commissions.Your upline sponsors will help you get those. After that your monthly income continues to grow for the rest of your life if you follow your trainig. DHS offers us the oppurtunity to do in 3-5 years what it normally takes us as working men and women 20-30 years to do and that is have a gauranteed monthly income. Yes! By All Means! Upgrade to VIP and get your business up and running. Some people get their 3 VIP's their first month. I am one of those! Realistically, most get them in your second or third month. DHS Works! But, like anything else in life, you get out of it what you put into it. If you opened a business in your town and did nothing to help your business grow it's not going to work. We can complain that it's the businesses fault and try to hide the fact that we didn't do anything to make it work or we can do our homework, get some training and watch that business grow and grow into something we are proud of. I thank DHS for offering me chance. If you would like more info I have enclosed a link that will help you on your way, study it and let me know what you think.   Fred

I have been with DHS for 10 months and have nothing bad at all to say about it. The best part is the large group of sponsors who are willing to help you and encourage you every step of the way. They are rather strict about SPAM and direct links to the DHS site, but I guess that's a good thing. I'd give it a try again if I had it to do over. I'm making a reasonable income working part-time and you are paid $10 for each VIP you sponsor into the Club. In ten months I have 121 VIPS that I have personally sponsored or my VIPS have sponsored. As you gain more people building their own businesses in your downline, you move up so I make $1,000 per month, every month as long as I stay a member.
Hope this information helps.

Hi Tom,
I might not be exactly who you are looking for but I do have some experience as a DHSC VIP. I signed up 3 months ago as a VIP after having tried many, many different online businesses/mlm's etc and not getting very far with any of them.
I have nothing but positive things to say about the DHS. The sense of team spirit I have encountered in the club is truly remarkable. Everyone, from the President's level on down is more than willing to take time out and help in anyway they can. My upline support has been excellent.
In the last 3 months I have been putting in 1-3 hours a day promoting the my DHS website. This is mostly taken up generating traffic with the many free hit sites out there. Go here to see a list of the ones I have found most useful. http://transmigration.net/freehits.htm
The rest of the time is answering emails from my downline and future prospects. Doing this minimal amount of work I have signed up approx 100 free members (over 1 per day) and 3 of these have upgraded to VIP (although one quit after a week of doing nothing). This is slightly higher than the quoted 1% conversion. Just recieved my first comission check from them for $20 but that is after only 2 months.
Overall it is a great club and will outlast most of the other opportunities out there on the net. If you are looking for a solid business on the net that produces reliable income then the DHSC is for you. Here is a recent newspaper article about the amazing growth of the club:
http://www.sun-herald.com/newsbiz.htm?Date=08/04/01
And here is my website for anyone who wants more info: http://transmigration.net/AlwaysFree/
And my email address: richen@hotmail.com
Hope that helps a little,

Subject:Publishing For Profit

So, you publish an Ezine or Newsletter and you don't
have the amount of subscribers you want or NEED?

Have you listed your Ezine on every Ezine Directory on
the Internet with just a small trickle of new subscribers?

Have you wasted a lot of time, swapping ads with other
Publishers who say they have 20,000 subscribers, when
in fact, they have, only 20?

How about all those so-called Ezine subscriber services?
You know, the one's that promise they'll deliver (for 20
cents each) subscribers that all have good email addresses
and have opted to receive your Ezine?  Yeah, right!

And, let's not forget, you've given away all your advertising
spots (for free) just to get new subscribers.  Subscribers,
who are history after their ad has run.

How do you make a profit, giving away all your advertising?
Unless, you compete with your own readers and sponsors
for that captive audience, you've worked so hard to gain.

How do you make a profit with your publication, without
compromising the trust of your readers?

How can you create a daily flow of new subscribers and
not "give away the farm" to get them?

How do you maintain and instill loyalty of the subscribers
you currently have and create "the staying power" for your
new subscribers?

Are you having trouble getting repeat advertisers, due to the
lack of response from a single ad run?

There are hundreds of ways to advertise your product and
services on the Internet.  Yet, the most cost-effective, easy
to use resources is online Ezines and Newsletters.

You can't avoid it!  If you intend to do business on the
Internet, whether you're a publisher or advertiser, large

Researchers agree that the typical customer must see an

service.

To Adland Subscribers, who happen to be Publishers!

Publishers, do you need more "quality" " interested in your

Subject:WebHosting Needed

Hi Bogdan,

I am in the market for a web site hosting company. My website has been
hosted by a friend of my duaghter's on his server for a little over a year.
His internet provider shut down home based servers because of the Code Red
Virus, and it appears to be permanent.  As a result, all the work I have
done over the past year has been lost.  I was coming up in the top 10 in
most search engines.  I still am if you search for Marco Island Beachfront
Condo Rentals, my link just doesn't go anywhere now.  I now need to find a
host and start all over with getting my website (which I have on disk) back
on the web.

Since I am not very knowledgeable in this area and don't understand a lot of
the terms used when I search for a host, I thought your readers might have
some advice on how to choose a host or on hosts that they have been happy
with.  My site was just a small one, although I do have about 20 pictures on
it and is only to advertise two condos that I own for rental, so I do not
need much more than just a space for getting the site out on the web. Since
this is not a big business, I do not have a lot of money for hosting.  I
also would like to get a domain name so I don't have such a long URL.  Any
advice in that area would also be appreciated.  Although I had a good site
(based on feedback from visitors and awards), I didn't have the know-how to
build it.  The was done by my daughter using Front Page and her friend
hosted it, so other than designing the site and getting it listed in search
engines, I have no experience with the actual building of the site or with
the hosting of it.

I don't want to go with a free hosting site because I want a place to be
permanent, so I don't have to go through this again.

Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks, from a very confused person.  They created the word Newbie for
people like me.

Subject:Spamming FFA Sites

I soon found out unless you have a huge amount of traffic nobody list
much of anything so it is not useful to me or to my shoppers who come by
and want to browse many links. Ha ha I figured I know where I can
register my ffa site for automatic submissions and get many links. I
did this and sure enough got many links every day however because most
of these people were using automated software and services they never
saw my site or even new where they were listed..

This is when I decided to use and automatic conformation letter. I felt
this was a fair trade for the free use of my bandwidth and my policing
and managing the site to remove porn and multiple listings. Also this
lets the listee who uses automated software or pays to have it done know
they are in fact getting listed. When I listed using submission tools I
wanted to see many conformations so I knew I was out there.....how else
do you know, check them all out??? (of course this was sent to a special
address so it did not clog my regular mail )

I did not add these e-mail names to a list or even keep the names. I
did not even send advertising, just a confo in the subject line and a
letter about spam if they cared to read it. This is the difference
between a spamming ffa site and a non spamming ffa site, only one
conformation NO LIST BUILDING. unfourtanaly this is what ffa sites have
become is mailing list builders.

The reason I stopped using my ffa site or submitting to any of them all
together is because people started using auto responder addresses when
listing to my site to respond to my conformations and then put me on
there regular list to spam me forever more. In addition many ffa site
owners started using there systems to farm names and send out repeated
advertising with the guise it was a conformation to a resent listing
making any ffa site untrustworthy.

All the ffa site ever did for me was to load my mail box with junk take
my time and have people add me to there list.....what good is that!
This is what happens when a good idea is abused by greedy people with no
morals or education about the spam issue or understanding of the proper
use of a former good tool!.

Thanks for the ear...

Subject:Feedback on Popups

Hey everyone,
Just curious, but I need some feedback on pop-up windows. I'm sure that this has been discussed before and if you have archives that mention this topic, I can use them also. I am using pop up windows so that people will sign up for my new ezine. These would only pop-up once when you first enter and would close when you signed up, or closed the window. (you will have that option). As I was getting ready to put it up on my site, a friend of mine said he hates them and a lot of other people do too. Now I don't know what to do. I don't want to chase people off, but I have an ezine that anyone looking for a domain name would love to get. I have the code inserted into my site but have not uploaded yet. I have also considered remaking my site so that it has a left hand frame and in that frame (on every page) it would invite you to sign up. Which would be better? Any body got any opinions? I plan on launching this by the first week in September.

Thanks,

Hi Cynthia,
Overall, I found the design of your site quite appropriate for the product you are selling, but there are a couple of things I would pay attention to:
Home page.
I'm not a big fan of Flash intro pages. When people visit your site they'll be looking for information about the products you sell, and quickly. We've all seen Flash animation before and no-one is much impressed by them anymore. If they don't provide useful info then many people will not bother to wait for them to download. Having said that, yours loads fairly quickly.
The scrolling text at the top of the page appears on the top right corner of my browser (IE5) which I gather is not where it's supposed to be. I'm also getting a horizontal scroll bar in 800 X 600 which you should always try to avoid. This seems to be caused by the scrolling text. I'd ditch it.
A bit more space around the pic would be nice.
There are WAY too many banner ads at the bottom of the page, and these detract significantly from your site. Try to limit them to one or two at most, and pick affiliate programs that are a good fit with your site. Ken Evoy (a genius) produces an excellent email course called Affiliate Masters Course. I suggest you get a hold of it. It's free. Just send a blank email to: tamsozbiz@sitesell.net
About Us
Large amount of empty space down right side of screen. Probably due to an empty column in a table.
Contact Us
No major problems, but navigation panel at bottom would look better centred. The Contact Us button only seems to be on the home page.
Feedback
Would look better if the page design matched the rest of your site.
FAQ
Same empty space down right side of screen.
Surf's Up
Rather than a bunch of Paid to Surf programs (create a separate site for them) I'd put links to some sites that your visitors are going to find useful, and ask for return links. These links can be for affiliate programs as long as the products are related to your products.
Catalogue
Same empty space down right side of screen. This page is what your site is all about so I'd put its button near the top, not buried at the bottom. I'd also put a text link on the home page and maybe link to some specific products. How about a Weekly Special with a pic that links to that product on the shopping cart. Your whole site should be leading visitors to this page.
Hope that helps Cynthia. Feel free to contact me if you want to discuss further.

How To Increase Your Sales By 400%!
Part 2
by John Colanzi

Hopefully after reading part 1 you've got your ads in place
and you've got your autoresponder. Now it's time to create
the follow up letters.

The first letter should be set to go out immediately. The
next 6 letters should be set at least 24 hour apart.

Your follow up letters should stress the benefits of your
offer. Features don't make sales, benefits do.

Your first follow up letter should be a get acquainted
email. Thank your prospect for requesting you software,
ebook or report.

This is the time to introduce yourself and let them know
who you are and how to contact you. It's also important to
have a bonus for prompt response.

You have to create an urgent reason for them to act now.

In your second letter it's important to keep stressing the
bonus for prompt response. You should also give more details
on the benefits of your program.

Most sales are lost because marketers don't give the reader
enough information to give their program an accurate
evaluation.

I've often made this mistake myself.

Sometimes I lose sight of all the benefits that caused me to
become interested in a program or product. The old saying
still holds true, "You have to tell them to sell them."

You're like a skilled prosecutor. You're building your case
with every letter. Your list of benefits are your evidence.

The third letter is the time to tell your story.

Here's where you stress how the program has helped you.

Let the reader know all the benefits you've received from
the program. Also remind them of the prompt response bonus.

Make sure you stress that you'll be there to help them. Many
of your contacts will be new to marketing and if you aren't
serious about helping them, your downline will die a quick
death.

If you're an experienced marketer, remember how it was when
you started.

Wouldn't it have saved you time and money to have someone
help you smooth the ride up the hill?

Ah it's day four and your fourth letter.

Now's the time to start adding more bonuses. Now they have
two bonuses for a prompt response. Each letter is like a
high stakes poker game. You keep upping the ante.

As Mike Enlow says, "Pretend there's a gun to your head and
you'll be shot if you don't make the sale."

Man you better make those benefits and bonuses good!

Uh Oh! They haven't signed up yet.

Are you wondering why? Maybe now's the time to ask.

Your fifth letter is where you ask them why they haven't
signed up for your program. It's also a good time to add a
few testimonials.

You need feedback to help you understand why they aren't
taking advantage of your offer.

The feedback you receive should help you increase your
conversion rate.

Offer the reader an incentive to answer you questions.

72 hours and they still haven't signed up.

The sixth letter should supply more testimonials. Ask them
to contact other members of your program. Network marketers
call this the tag team approach. Offline they've been using
this for years.

They've found through trial and error that their sign up
rate increases when two members of a program sit down with
a prospect.

Well it's day seven and this is your last chance.

If you don't make your case now, good-bye!

Remember the old cowboy movies, when Maverick or the slick
Mississippi gambler pushes all his chips into the center of the
table?

Well Maverick it's time to speak now or forever hold your
peace.

Don't hold back.

You must make your offer "Simply Irresistible."

Pile on the benefits, add more bonuses.

Make it an "Offer They Can't Refuse."

You've stated your case.

You've piled on the benefits.

You've kept adding to the bonuses.

Wow! You're going to sell every visitor.

Well not quite, but if you take the time to put some time
and effort into putting your system and letters in place,
you should see your sales and conversion rates start
steadily increasing.

Some marketers have reported that this simple system has
increased their sales by over 400%!

Spend a little time. I think you'll find yourself being
rewarded handsomely.

Even better yet, if you're a network marketer, you've just
created an easily duplicable system to share with your
downline.

Imagine if you increased the results of every member of
your downline 400%.
Wishing You Success,
John Colanzi

Quick Tips for Keeping Clients
by "Wild Bill"

Creating a Pool:

When a small company (or any company for that
matter, short of a general merchandiser) starts
out, it is especially important to set extra-
tight limits on your target group. Stay focused
only on your strongest target. Right on that
bulls-eye. Then as your business picks up
(which we are hoping it does) you will open you
advertising up gradually around your bulls-eye
(or target-group) a little wider, still
maintaining a focus on your targeted group,
just making the "Pool" a bit wider and a bit
        deeper.

Listen To Your Client or Customer:

The closer you become to your clients, the
better for you and your company. You need to
create a "closeness" between company and client
to literally drench your company with the
thought of your "majority client base". What
they think and want should be how you think and
       what you want.

Learn from the Leaders of Your Industry:

One thing a successful company has a hard time
doing is hiding the fact. And why would they?
They want the whole world to know they are
       successful, especially their clients and
       potential clients.  This offers smaller
struggling companies a chance to take a good
hard look at and learn from these success
stories. If you can find a successful company in
your industry, you have a chance right there in
front of you to study a perfect example of what
you can do to better your company. What is their
philosophy of the client and their methods for
serving and maintaining them? What techniques do
they use to keep their clients satisfied? All
matters you should be concerned about?

Hire People that Like Other People:

This may seem like a no-brainer, but is often
over-looked in the hiring process because of
educational background or possibly even previous
work experience. But make no mistake. If you are
in the business of serving clients and this
employee is going to help serve these clients,
he or she "MUST" be very, and I stress, very
outgoing and client oriented. Often the job can
be learned, but your personality you carry with
you always and is virtually impossible to
       disguise for very long.

Progress Tracking:

Everybody hates paperwork, myself included. But
this oh-so important monster of society has an
important role in the success of you company. It
is very important to track the progress of each
client as well as your own company. As every
company is different there would be no way I
could tell you what facts and figures you should
be saving, but depending on the type of company
you many want to keep daily, weekly, monthly
and/or  yearly. You may keep sales, commissions,
product breakdowns or one a thousand other
figures. You may want graphs, which are great
presentation features. The primary purpose still
comes back to tracking progress. What is doing
       well, what is not?

How can we do better?
That's the Million-Dollar Question.
Your Clients expect a Million-Dollar Answer!

Research & Preparation Are Your Two Best Investments!

Good luck to you in your Marketing Ad-ventures!

A farmer was in a remote pasture when a Range Rover arrived and a young man in all the fashionable designer labels stepped out and asked: "If I can tell you
Exactly how many sheep you have in the paddock, will you give me one?"

"Sure" said the farmer

The young man delved into the car, got a notebook, hooked it up to his mobile
Then surfed to a GPS satellite navigation service, scanned the paddock to a database linked to a spreadsheet with complex formulae. In a very short time,
He used his hi-tech mini printer to print out a 10 page report which he handed
To the farmer, saying "you have exactly 1,586 sheep in the paddock"

"That's right" said the farmer, "take one"
He watched the young man make a selection and bundle it into the back of his RV
Then said "If I can tell you exactly what your business is can I have my sheep back?"

"Okay" said the young man

"You are a Consultant" said the farmer

"How did you guess?" asked the young man

"Easy" said the farmer "You turn up here although nobody asks you. You want to be paid for the answer to a question when I already knew the answer. And you don't know a #### thing about my business.
Now give me back my dog."
