================== Word from publisher ====================

Greetings All

Welcome  290 new subscribers who joined list since last mailing.

                                   ----===(*)===-----

Recently Alexa site ranking is becoming a standard in providing
information about the business. All visits are monitored through
the toolbar installed on the users computer. Toolbar also provides
information about the site like contact info, shows ranking of the
site, links to other sites of similar nature and shows site history.
(the last might surprise every site owner if you are in business
for couple of years)

What  I found myself as a very useful element of the toolbar, is
instant notification how viewed site is ranked. This gives me
quick feedback if I should spend more time on this site.
Previously some sites which didn't look to appealing to me
were quickly ignored, but this changed since I have the toolbar.

If I see site which is ranked below 10,000 I give it more
of my attention.

I really recommend this product and I believe it is going to be
more of a standard down the road than it is today.
You should download the toolbar if you want to succeed
with your business and easily watch your competition.
Check it out here.

Subject:Spam has me stumped

G'day from sunny Sydney again.
I am honestly starting to wonder about this Spam discussion as I don't
understand why NONE of your computers have a delete button !

I receive over 100 Spam messages/day and just delete them all. It takes me no
more than 5 minutes, then I just get on with my business.

If everybody just deleted them all, Spam would become a thing of the past very
quickly.

Just think of the time you are wasting trying to filter them out, or report
them - I've been there and done that, and it takes a whole lot more that 5
minutes/day.

I thought mailwasher would be the answer, but spent so much time on telling it
what was or was not spam, I was losing time helping my customers, and that was
not good for business.

Food for thought !

But people also forget that they signed up for certain lists.    Not all lists
have the list name in front.   I've gotten 'remove' messages from people that
signed up for the list.   Then I have to take my time to tell them they have to
unsubscribe.  That's not fair either.

Sharon,

I couldn't agree with you more. As I am an ISP, I understand clearly the
problems associated with Spam. We, however, have decided to take the proactive
approach and do our best to eliminate Spam BEFORE it is propagated about the
`Net as opposed to the current accepted "reactive" method of trying to block it
"after the fact". Our Servers limit and/or flag accounts sending a large number
of messages at once. It is amazingly easy to spot "legitimate" email and make
arrangements with the customer to allow their messages to pass. Regrettably
though, it does require some effort from a real person.
IMHO, too many ISP's try to operate fully automated, an example of which you've
just experienced. What is truly bewildering is the ridiculous prices customers
are expected to pay for this "service". My advice would be to help your
customers find more "service friendly" ISP's. I am privileged to know of an
entire network of them and if I can be of help to you let me know.

Sincerely,

David Weed

Tom,

Let me ask you something, do you publish an ezine? Do you
also believe that it is morally ethical for a company to direct
complaints without providing any substantial evidence? As
a Spam Cop supporter you obviously do. Do you also know
that over 500 publishers have been falsely accused of being
spammers in the last 6 months? You also state, "that most of
the spammers are innocents, who do not have a clue what
they are doing". Well I'm sorry to inform you but this is VERY
far from the truth - I'm not sure where it is that you are getting
your facts - Julian Haight perhaps?

Have you ever personally had the "pleasure" of talking to Mr.
Haight on the phone? And do you fully understand his belief
system? Because if you have and you do understand what
he stands for .... you my friend are in the wrong business, as
Mr. Haight does not know the meaning of the words, "Moral
and Ethical", nor does he support internet marketing. In fact,
why don't you take a gander into some of the anti-spammers
forums and chat rooms to find out what they are conspiring
on today. I think you would be very surprised at what you are
really supporting by endorsing Spam Cop.

And this is exactly what I meant when I said that, a lot of you
out there are falling for this hook, line and sinker. Because
you have NO idea what you are really supporting when you
endorse anti-spam products. These people do not support
internet marketing, they think we're all a bunch of scammers,
and that we have NO right to do what we do. All, I ask is this,
the next time any of you decide to put your seal of approval
on an anti-spam program - find out the REAL means behind
the method. Do the research and I can pretty much guarantee,
as an internet marketer you're not going to like what you see.

Subject:SpamCop is a free service and very simple to operate. Really?

I've been using SpamCop a lot lately. Unfortunately
the spam does not always stop. But through
SpamCop, we all can make a difference.

==========================

Hi Tom.

SpamCop     AHHHH  This bunch of people really get my goat up. I run a
legitimate eZine called Daily Classifieds.

18 months ago I received a message from SpamCop saying that the "
DailyClassifieds" had been reported for spamming, and I started to receive many
bounced issues from various Domains. So did some of my paid advertisers as they
had links in my eZine.

I won't go on about it here. but you can read about it by going to
http://www.dailyclassifieds.co.uk/prev.htm and reading issues 41 & 42.

18 Months down the line. I still cannot send to some addresses, due to some
brainless idiot, who didn't know the difference between Spam, and a legitimate
eZine they subscribed to, but probably forgot.

I am also including my article

" Spam Cops. Defenders of the internet or KGB in disguise. "

Recently I have been the target of a spamming complaint.

How do I know?
My DNS host told me if I didn't stop it, I was to remove my site from them.

So I immediately got back to them and asked them what they were on about.
They informed me that my address had been used for spamming purposes.

I had been reported to them Via http://www.SpamCop.net

However as I had contacted them they would look into it.
Back came the reply.
NO I HADN'T BEEN SPAMMING. ( I already knew this )
and they would not pursue the matter.
They would also report back to SpamCop.net with their findings.

I thought the trouble would now be over. BOY was I wrong.
Emails started to bounce from, WebTv.net, Hotmail, Yahoo, zWallet.
At least WebTv's bounced e mails said

Client host rejected:
Blocked due to spam - see http://info.webtv.net/spam/index.html#194.73.73.81:
retry timeout exceeded.

So I knew exactly where to start SpamCop.net And WebTv.

This is what I was told by www.spamcop.net
" SpamCop " does not send any e mails to client hosts or ISP's
It would appear that technically speaking they are correct.
SpamCop.net do not send e mails to ISP's

However their site allows ANYONE to send an e mail from SpamCop
to Various e mail Clients, WebTv amongst others.
Because I also left my IP address on the e mails it was also sent to my DNS
server.

SpamCop.net has denied all responsibility for the matter,
and say they cannot help.
They do not keep records of who reports who.
They also could not tell me the persons address so I could remove them.

Two weeks later having written to WebTV and Hotmail and not receiving a reply.
I am still stuck. Having progressed no further
The person who reported me. I think still gets my e mails,
Unless they have now learnt how to unsubscribe, or they have a WebTv or HotMail
address.

Because it was my IP address that was reported I cannot use an alternative e
mail address.
The only option I have is to Change ISP's.
Unless of course Hotmail and WebTv reinstate my IP address.

Anyway the long and the short of it all is.
I am in favour of e mail regulation and spamming being cut down
If I had been reported by 2 or 3 others I could understand me being barred.
How ever this was ONE complaint.

It would appear that by using the services of an unregulated body such as
SpamCop.net
Anyone with a grudge can report Anyone for spamming.
even a boy and girl friend tiff  can be that grudge.
AND IT WORKS, I KNOW.

Who ever it was that I upset has managed to almost shut down my businesses
some of which many of you have probably used.

There is Light at the end of the tunnel

I have been contacted by John Botscharow, Founder of
e-Crucible, and he has put me onto his site at
http://www.freedom-is-not-free.org

If you are an ezine owner or have a legitimate optin list
you need this site.
Together we may be able to get some sense.
We should be working with sites like SpamCops.net.
Yes allow people to report Spam. If nothing else it makes them feel better.
BUT DON'T just take the word of one person.

At present the people are nothing more KGB in disguise.
Lets help them change to Defenders of the internet.

thanks
Mike Hills

Subject:SpamCop is a free service and very simple to operate. Really?

Reply to: Tom Falco

Tom,

NOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!

Do you have any idea what you are exposed to by aligning yourself with Julian
Haight (SpamCop)?

SpamCop delivers a message to every entity involved with a particular email and
declares boldly that said email IS SPAM. Yet, no one at SpamCop actually reviews
each spam claim for validity. Julian says that is the responsibility of the
ISP's.
On the surface this may seem OK but it has one major flaw. The email that
SpamCop sends DOES NOT indicate that an email *MIGHT* be spam and should be
investigated. The SpamCop Email Declares the Message IS DEFINITELY SPAM.
This is a lawsuit waiting to happen.
As an ISP myself, I have no love for spam and those that perpetrate it. But
SpamCop is making things worse, not better. After numerous FALSE claims of Spam
from SpamCop, Mr Haight's organization is now on my "banned" list.
My advice to you and anyone else using SpamCop...
Be very careful about what you "report" as Spam, lest you find yourself on the
wrong end of a lawsuit.

Sincerely,
David Weed

Subject:Oveture profits down, stock price is falling today.

I have found that if you just email back Overture and
explain your situation, they will see your side.

They have turned me down many times and I have just
explained to them what the search term means. They actually
don't have a clue of what certain terms mean if you don't
explain it. They may not know how the term relates to the
subject or website and explaining it usually does the trick.

They refused to have our site listed under "Proms". We sell
printed party supplies like printed napkins, balloons, cups,
frisbees and more. They turned us down but had limo services
listed in the number one spot and rental halls and I was wondering
why we were not permitted to be listed under "Proms". They actually
said because we are not "Proms" so I asked them then what is a
"Prom?" Ideally, what business would be listed under "Prom?"

How can a business be a "prom?"

Think about it. They finally came to their senses and we are listed
under "Proms."

I think they just don't think at times.

Subject:Oveture profits down, stock price is falling today.

Andy.....  I just submitted 7 keyphrases to Overture
and it was just after midnight, PST, and I got this
immediate, automated response by email:

Total Submitted Search Listings:   7
Approved Search Listings:          0
Declined Search Listings:          3
Pending Search Listings:           4

So, the big 'O' is using automated software to sift
and compare words/phrases....  How can the big
machine understand shades of meaning, like all
possible synonyms, parallel ideas, related sites...
mis-spellings, plurals, ...yada yada yada?

I share your frustration with this massive Money-
Muncher... which fails to deliver a pleasurable
web site user-experience.

My tracking results are showing incredible sales
through listings at Google Adwords Select, which
delivers massive traffic when you are prepared to
throw them $1,000 per month. (It is highlyprofitable
IF you can get your clicks for 5cents-7cents..... and
return an average 20cents revenue from every
visitor..  [my stats]  )

LycosInsite Adbuyer has totally cloned FindWhat's
software and user-interface, except that the ads
appear as little boxes on the r.h.s., very much like
the Google ad boxes....  traffic there appears slow
after using either Google or Overture.   Overture is
only a 'busy' site because of its partner network,
drawing listings.
FindWhat.com  is my personal favorite pay-per-
click search engine:   Reasonable bid prices &
good traffic levels with nothing like Overture's
fussiness.....  'O' is not delivering a pleasurable
advertiser experience... and should take heed of
Google-Power, (the new PPC leader?)  They only
introduced AUTO bidding - reducing a bid to one
cent above the next lowest bidder -   after Google
had earlier made that innovation....

The human side prevails....  Overture is killing off
the creative spirit as it rejects your search terms
and uses mechanised 'reviews'. It numbers and
labels things like an impersonal government
bureaucracy. Can anyone see their approach
working to deliver advertiser satisfaction in the
long term??

===========C o n t i n u i n g D i s c u s s i o n (5.1)=============
From:Adrian Elman
Subject:WWSN

In your last GP post to William Jaroske you made a song
and dance about the WWSN's treatment of Zigbiz (real name
being Zibycom).

The WWSN's standpoint is and always has been that the
SkyBiz operation was illegal due to people being pushed
into buying a product they didn't want and/or wouldn't use
in order to participate in a pyramid sales scheme.

SkyBiz leaders were front loading members with tripods
(buy 3 sites instead of 1) and went as far as to come up
with some kind of 7 pack. This was to be duplicated through
the downlines and of course it was.

When certain people broke away from SkyBiz to form the
Zibycom opportunity, naturally WWSN's concern was that
the same pyramid scam was not reproduced. Zibycom's
owner took up lengthy conversations with the WWSN to
make sure that his business would not be tarred with the
same brush and gave a promise that no tripods would be
tolerated.

While I will admit that there has been plenty of adverse
comments made on the WWSN in respect of Zibycom's
recently launched Sales-O-Matic recruitment system, the
owner has made himself constantly available on the WWSN
forum to allay any fears that forum regulars may have. He
is one of very few who actively participates in the fight
against less than ethical business practices.

The WWSN may be satirical at times however the overall
research done on behalf of millions of people is accurate
and most welcome. No fees are charged for any of the
services provided by the WWSN, in fact everything you
see is funded directly from the webmaster's pocket.

Regardless of the fun-poking taking place against GP
and the somewhat assinine comments made by some
forum visitors, the WWSN provides a worthwhile service
in my opinion.

Adrian Elman

From:Adrian Elman
Subject:What makes a GOOD autoresponder?

In response to all who posted in the last issue,
my question was what makes a Good responder?
This was obviously posted with my own goal at
heart which was to discover what people really
wanted.

My own company has undoubtedly the greatest
amount of automated features of any service in
the industry but we can always add more to cater
for the needs of genuinely serious marketers.

This was supposed to be a brain picking mission
and although it has now sidetracked into a battle
over who has the best deal I have learned a lot from
your comments so far. For example...

Some people want the most tedious and annoying
tasks automated for them.
Some don't understand what automation can do
for their businesses so they have no interest in it.
Some want free or the lowest possible price.
Some want to make money with their responder's
MLM matrix.

While I will admit that LeadLightning do not deliver
the "superior" responders claimed for the $39.95, I
will also add that any company charging more than
$30 is NOT necessarily ripping you off. There's no
shortage of people who believe 'you get what you
pay for', and I am a proud member of that club.

I can point you in the direction of a company that
charges a $120 set-up fee plus $99 a month. I can
also show you companies that charge $100's just
to send a medium sized broadcast mailing. These
will continue to be in business regardless of what is
said here in this newsletter.

I will shortly launch a system that starts at $39.95
and provides everything that LeadLightning have yet
to offer as well as items they will NEVER offer, such
as unlimited responders, unlimited lead imports, and
a comp plan that pays 3x more than theirs. We are
bringing massive value to our clients and have no fear
of being accused of overpricing.

Sure, we will not appeal to freebie hunters but on
the other hand, high incomes and the word 'free' have
never made good bed partners. Some may disagree
with me but I believe that money makes money and
you will get out of your business what you put into it.

I respect everybody's right to choose the service
that meets their needs and personal objectives.

I wish you all the best of success in whatever you
turn your hand to.

I want to thank you for answering so many of my questions about Quick Tell and I
am thinking of signing up, you offer a lot. As of Automarketic, I am not sure if
I said it had all the features of LL, but be that as it may. I think I will have
to drop them and move on, their opt-in mailing just won't work with some of my
lists. Also, thanks to you and Adland, I now have a lot more options to look at.

As for LL, they can play in their own little game room as much as they like. If
anyone wants autoresponders, there are a lot to choose from for a lot less
money. I agree with you on what to promote in an opportunity. I like to look at
the product or service first and go from there. I have joined something's with

Whatever AR I go with in the next few days, if I don't sign with Quick Tell,
it's not for lack of getting my questions answered. You have been very helpful.

There are only 4 elements required, BUT 1 absolute must.

First, you need reasonable capacity. This does not need to
be unlimited. Face the facts....if a list name isn't moved to
action by your 1st 50 messages, they're just wasting space
while you have the false security of being able to brag of the
thousands of opt-in prospects you have. AND, since they signed
up for a specific offer, you are in dangerous territory sending
several hundred DIFFERENT offers over a period of years.
So, reasonable capacity using a sensible mail schedule
would be 50 messages and 5- 10 lists (unless you happen to
be one of those people without focus and have involvement
with everything that happens to show up in your browser.

Second, the system must have an eMail function in the event
your business has a 'special' announcement to forward. This also
covers the need for an unlimited message system since you can
continue communication with those dropping off after the first
50 messages quite efficiently with an email and a bit of time
and attention to your lists.

Third, the system must be able to either produce or accept
a web form as a submission format.

Finally, the pricing must be agreeable.

AN ABSOLUTE MUST.....
for anyone NOT familiar with the fact that ISP system administrators
have determined that "Open Relay Mail Servers" are responsible for
most of the UCE on the web.  Many are combating this massive drain
on system resource by using data bases which identify open relay
mail servers and WILL NOT deliver messages from these servers to
their users.  We all may not agree with this filtering process, but the
trend into the future is toward MORE of this type filtering.

The irony of this is that an autoresponder system using on open
relay mail server will indicate your messages are being sent. Don't
ever assume that those sent messages were delivered and seen by
your intended target....the prospect.

Hope you find this useful,
Earl Snyder

Hi Johanne.

Rob MacCurry of SuperSystems! here
You need targeted traffic. The easiest way to do it is through paid per click
search engines. One effective and reasonably price service I have used is called
Kanoodle. They are partnered with Lycos and several other famous search engines,
so they can pull targeted traffic like crazy for you.

Another high traffic developing method is the paid to read e-mail program. I
have found the best to be opt-in-pays. I hope you don't mind if I "paste" and ad
about OIP. It works very well for interenet Biz opps but I have seen electronics
and radar detectors sold there too. There's also safelist e-mail marketing. At
the end of the ad there is a link to a great safelist auto posting tool! Here
goes! And feel free to write back to me at roberex@msn.com with the subject line

 >>>>

Hi Judie and all,

I am in network marketing, and a BIG believer in the industry. But I have
to say... your statements are disappointing. I have no idea if GMT is a
"money game" or not. I have not looked into it far enough to tell. But the
whole "make money for doing nothing" mentality is what keeps the schemes
and scamsters around -- making REAL, legitimate, legal network marketing
companies look bad.

I also know many people who were involved in SkyBiz, ZibyGib and that whole
deal. Yes, some made money, but countless others had their hopes and dreams
smashed and shattered. And they are now anti-network marketing -- they're
mlm roadkill. So if you're willing to "make money for doing nothing",
remember that is MAY come at a cost unknown to you. At some point all
"money games" will end, and the people who got in last will be the ones who
pay the price.

You know, drug dealers make a lot of money, too. It doesn't make it the
LEGAL thing to do. And porn pushers make a lot of money, too. That doesn't
make it MORAL. Personally, I would take a very close, hard look at any
program that tells you that you can make money for "doing nothing"...
because it may not be moral or legal.

Dear etip,

Search engine positioning is indeed a difficult a task. It certainly demands
much of your time,
acumen and knowledge. That does not mean that you can't do it yourself. I myself
did it. My site http://www.101biztips.com ranks within top 10 listings in search
engines like Google, Yahoo, Altavista, Excie, Alltheweb, Lycos and many more for
my keywords.
But one thing you must have is a good page optimization software. I personally

So, what is WebPosition Gold? It is the hands down ultimate site promotion tool

There are many tricks in search engine positioning that I don't want to divulge

From:Unknown
Subject:Affiliate Program Promotion Tactics

I would like to get a general idea of what is the correct way to promote
affiliate programs.  The rules and tactics are keeping me on my toes.

>From an advertiser's point of view, they really seem to resent a publisher
using pay per click engines with keywords that include the name of the
advertiser.  Some even resent it when your site appears on the non-pay variety
when someone is doing a search for that site, or even using the name in any
context on the page which is not the standard company approved wording.  They
argue that the surfer is specifically looking for *their* web site and by having
affiliates competing with them is unfair as they also have to pay a commission
for traffic that should have been theirs.  Some advertisers will even drop you
if you have their name within the URL of your site as in
http://yoursite.com/advertiser.html

>From a publisher's point of view, many have had to resort to relying on search
engine traffic as banners and text links can only get so much attention.
Publishers only sign up for the affiliate program to try and make as much money
as possible, but if the advertiser ties their hands in how they promote the
business, it no longer has a profit for the publisher who could use that space
on their site for something else.  How is being an affiliate any different than
being a sales person who must actually get out to the public in the best way
possible?  I'm sure if the average door to door sales person was told they were
limited to only working one block and was not allowed to use the company name
when selling the product would quit.

There has to be an accepted middle ground here.  What do you think?

I love the openness and honesty!

On that note, I am asking for your honest help. My site is called
The-Net-Review. I am pages and pages away from being where I want to be with it,
but because I am putting so much effort into this site, I would love to know if
anyone sees any value in it. I promise this is not a plug for my businesses.
Several of the business opps listed will not be highly recommended but this will
be backed up with what I hope is good solid knowledge. Eventually I would like
to truly have enough experience that I can incorporate into this site that
people will trust my recommendations and I can make this site help my businesses
grow, but for now, it is just something that I really want to do for myself and
others.

Some of the links in the business pages are not yet created. This is still very
much a work in progress. I also intend to have sites on advertising
alternatives, lead programs, e-books, affiliate programs, pages just for those
that want to earn a little pocket money and God only knows what else. All of
these will have highly recommended sights, and those not so highly recommended.

Before I started this, I had never created a webpage in my life, so your honest
opinions may hurt, but will still be appreciated! I have just had to learn so
much in such a short time, I would love to share this with others. Thank you!

From:Erica Wells
Subject: http://www.belleathome.com

Hi Lois, I'm not exactly an expert at reviewing sites like John and some of the
others but I do know what I like, so here's my opinion.  You say that you're not
an internet guru, just an ordinary person and people should listen to what you
have to say because you've paid your dues. However,  the very next thing you
have after that is a link to a story about Corey Rudl, the king guru himself.
What does he have to do with the previous statement? You should be telling me
more about why I should be listening to you. I can go anywhere on the internet
and find out about Mr. Rudl, tell me what you know and why I should care.

This site doesn't really seem to have any purpose except to help you push your
affiliate programs. There's nothing wrong with that but it has a very homemade,
quickly thrown together look to it. Maybe you can find someone knowledgeable
with website designing to help you clean it up a bit. It's kind of boring
looking. You have links that seem to have nothing to do with what  your site is
supposed to be about. For instance, what does overstock.com have to do with the
theme of your site? Unless it's just another site your affiliated with, it
doesn't belong.

There are also some spelling and grammatical errors that need to be cleaned up.
Nothing major but they're there.

To get people signing up they have to feel like you know what you're talking
about. You're site should be professional looking not look like a personal
webpage. You may have the right idea but I think you're not quite going about it
the right way, but like I said it's just my opinion.

Good luck, Erica

LeDonna,

Well, you have the Pretty in Pink site. Except for a few pages which are the
beautiful blue pages. Keep all the pages the same color please.

What you have here is a site Full of Affiliate Links and not to much else. Nice
tough with the News Letter though.  But these type of sites are a dime a dozen,
though you have done a good job with yours, at least the pages aren't full of
banners. Text links with this many affiliates should work just fine.

But you need to do something to make this site stand out from the crowd.
Personalize it. Who are you and what is "Just Wright Gifts," I am sure there is
a story behind it and why should anyone but family members shop at it? I like
the design and even though Pink is not one of my most favorite colors, it looks
nice.

But your Home page says nothing about you. Nothing to make the site sing. To
make it different from a lot of other sites offering similar deals. We need to
have that, other wise all you have going for you is a pretty Pink and a nice
logo.

That is what I think you need right now. I am sure others will have more to say,
but I'm tried so I will leave it a that.

Johanne,

So, you have a site all about Home Schooling there in Tennessee. And the Product

Product page is, " RADAR DETECTORS?"

Johanne, you have a site about Home Schooling our children, and you are
promoting Radar detectors, Promoting/Teaching a way for people to Break the Law
and get away with it?

That either says something about, Tennessee or about You. I use to work at a
Home Shopping TV Network and sometimes had those things on the show and have to
try and sell them, I have Never Liked Radar Detectors. They Promote Speeding and
Speeding can get you Killed. I don't care what they say to rationalize them. Get
rid of the Radar Detectors or at least don't promote them, and place them at the
bottom of your products page for crying out loud.

As for the product page it's self, takes to long to load, and what's all this
about your E-bay ID and that making you trust worthy. Trust worthy, and then you
highlight and push Radar Detectors?

You need products on that page that Teach, and help Teaching. NOT garbage that
promotes Law breaking. You need products for Kids, Learning Toys and Games. You
need products that tie in with the rest of your site.

I can't say much more about it, just the thought of Radar Detectors being Sold
on a Site about Home schooling children makes me sick.

Lois,

Good start, but you have some work a head of you. I know the builder Tripod
uses, and you can do more with it then you have done so far. The grey is a
little dull, I would liven it up with a different template if I were you. Not
that you have to go over board with it but something with more life in it
please.

Next, check your text and make sure it goes all the way across the text block.
Many of the text blocks have lines that only have a few words on them and then
you have to scan down to the next line. Makes for hard reading.

Your Home page is to long. Move some of that stuff to a new page. You launch
right into some of your programs, don't do that. Tell us why we need to listen
to you and why we need to check out the rest of the site. You do that a little
but then it's off to the races with the programs.

Your "Software - Games and - More" page needs more on it. Most of your pages
need more on them. I want to hear and read what you think of these programs, in
your own words, not the copy a paste stuff you have on a lot of these pages.
Your "Marketing and Advertising Tools" page also has hardly anything on it.
There is a lot more to Marketing and Advertising that you could have placed on
that page. It's all about Group Mail... Please.....

And anyone who has marketed anything for any length of time would never tell
people to post to an FFA page. What a waste... Owning one of those things is
better, not by much though.

I could go on and on, but I don't have all night here. Tell us in your own words
what you think of the different programs. Liven up the look of the site. Check
your text blocks so they are even. Shorten the Home page. And you need to give
us more and better help on some of the pages where you offer it.

I Like Belle though, keep her, she's a sweetie.
