=================3 Influential Persuasion Secrets!=====================
From:Larry Dotson

1) Express the same views as your target audience.
Bring up common likes and dislikes in your ad. This
will create instant rapport with your audience. For
example, you could say, "You, like me, know it's
very important to find a good bargain." Another
example, "Both of us know that money doesn't
grow on trees."

2) You could ask your readers questions throughout
the ad copy. They will answer the questions in their
own heads as they read your ad copy. The questions
you ask should persuade the readers into buying.
People have been taught to automatically answer
questions in school, from their parents, from friends
and from authoritative figures.

3) Show your prospects how much enthusiasm
you have for your product and business. If you're
convincing enough, they will be enthusiastic too.
For example, you could say, "I'm so EXCITED
about our new product!"  Another example would
be, "I can't wait for you to enjoy these benefits!"

Subject:Joyner has "unretired"

Hi Bogdan,

I was a dedicated follower of MJ from 1998 and did
learn a ton from The Man about search engine marketing,
web tools, ad tracking, copywriting, lists and tactics,
viral marketing, etc. An Eye opener.
But I feel he went WAY off track when he ventured
into Network Marketing; there was a string of failures:
CashEvolution, Guerrilla Marketing Bombshells and WebHitMachine - he
seemed to give up on all these rather
too quickly, and became more like a headless chook?

The game of 'follow the leader' can only last as long as believers
'believe' - but when the leader resorts
to cheap publicity stunts - he can't expect to remain
credible, and the header becomes:

' 7 Ways To Lose Credibility Using Publicity Stunts On A $0 Ad Budget. '

The new game of FreeAgentPATH? Sorry Mark but we've all been doing that,
working from home, and your time's up -no more 'following the leader' into
online risking of
hard earned cash. You were tons better at getting us useful web tools.
Software for the Net. ROI-boosting
marketing tools.
When I heard you were about to do something for
humanity, - I knew you spoke fluent Korean - I imagined you uniting the
North and South of Korea - why?
Because you had that sort of heroic image.

But what is it? Retiring? returning? never went?
Hooked on marketing like the rest of us?

Recently an advertiser in an ezine I subscribe to wondered why she didn't
receive any response to a solo ad
she had placed considering that this particular ezine is known as having
very responsive readers.

My answer to the advertiser's question is shown below.  It represents the
majority of comments offered about the ad.

"Jan, I'll be happy to tell you why I didn't respond to
Jill's solo.

Because Mark Joyner is one of the "boy wonders"
behind The Free Agent Path. I won't have anything to do
with any program that he's involved in.

Sure he's made millions as a marketing guru, and the
stuff he had with ROIbot was mostly of good caliber,
but he's also been involved with some, shall I say -
questionable - programs.

Cash Evolution ... need I say more?

For several months all I saw were ads for His "Farewell
from Internet Marketing" package. Tell me he didn't make
some big bucks from selling that song and dance.

Then just a few short weeks after his supposed tearful
and heartfelt farewell he shows up as one of the founders
and creators of The Free Agent Path.

Was I surprised? Not really. Unfortunately he's proven
more times than one to take what he says with a grain of

P.S. Just to be fair I visited this advertiser's Free Agent Path website.
The names, Charles Manson, Jim Jones, and David Koresh came to my mind
while reading the copy on the main page.

In response to William Jaroske about affiliate programs false promises,
there are more than one type of affiliate programs you can go after.

Info products may be saturated but other products may be  not.  I suggest
you look into different type products to sell on the net.  If the niche
that you find is really niche, you will make money.

In regarding to info-type of products, repackage it in  several different
angles and make them uniquely yours is probably the best way to proceed.

There is one new product just hit the market "Creates your own instant
product" by Bob Chambers.  I don't suggest you try to sell it but purchase
it and adhere to the instructions and make your own next instant product.

I just published a very detail affiliate review about this product. You
can read it informatively before making your purchase.

Subject:Group Ezine Advertising

"I'm new to internet marketing and found I'm learning a lot in these
discussions.  I would like to know has anyone gotten good responses in
advertising in group ezines or is it just a way for publishers to
you to their ezine."

Hi Valerie

In response to your post above I have tried this form of advertising in
the past but it fell short of my expectations for a few reason. One, you
need to sign up with a free email address or your inbox will be attacked
by hundreds of ezines and solo ads very quickly. Well, my thought on this
is then isn't everyone doing this? If so, who's reading the ezine? I think
most people sign up with a "throw away" address when doing this type of
advertising, they even suggest it. 2. Most of these ezine publishers are
backed up with ads and you may have to wait a month or longer for your ads
to be scheduled.

Just my thoughts. In my opinion you're much better off with top ads, and
solo ads in ezines.

Best regards,

Subject:How to make more sales!

Hello Bogdan,

Here's a cold, hard fact. More than 97% of your prospects will never,
EVER, buy from you the first time they see your offer online.

Visitors to your web site are most likely pre-qualified, targeted
customers... but if they don't buy or do anything, they are likely
to never return.

Gone... forever... possibly buying from one of your competitors who
have already implemented the same solution which I am delivering
to you today.

The same, easy-to-apply solution which YOU could have had in place
first and possibly gained a customer FOR LIFE.

                            The solution?

Offer to let people join your guest list/e-mail list, or register for
a prize through your online contest. Maybe even by offering them
a series of solutions sent by email, in a timely manner...

By doing so, you capture information about visitors so you can
contact them again and again. Pretty cool, huh?

This is a strategy called "follow-up". A powerful, yet simple plan
that ALL of the online heavy hitters use to enjoy repeated sales...

... month after month after month. Let me repeat... AUTOMATICALLY.

By using a very simple, easy-to-use, super-fast tool you will jump
your sales through the roof and save loads of time by automating
tedious e-mail tasks. It has helped me and many marketers become
very profitable in an extremely short period of time.

You need an automatic, follow up autoresponder system! It will work
for you 24 hours a day, automatically following-up all of your
prospects fast, repetitively and consistently! They will automatically
extract the prospects name and email address, and will use this
information in the follow-up message!

Or it could be better if on Russian pages I have Russian links.
On English pages- English links.

Thank you very much for all help to me.

You Can't Afford To Be In Business

We've all heard the old saying "Penny Wise and Pound Foolish".
It never ceases to amaze me that someone will join an income
opportunity program, but not effectively promote it and scout
out new customers. Most people join programs of this type to
generate income, and they pay a monthly fee to be involved.

They first might try all the free advertising available, and that
may or may not generate some income. However, they are using the
"tried and true", but very "tired" ads supplied by the affiliate,
and wonder why they don't do better.

Then they try some paid ads using the same tired ad copy in
newsletters, ezines and on web sites with similar results. At
this point, they might do one of two things, and sometimes both.
The first is they discount this type of advertising as not being
effective, and/or quit the affiliate program. After a program
gets saturated, thousands of people have used these affiliate
supplied ads, and potential customers have seen them a "jillion"
times. Once an ad gets "tired", it is a waste of time and money
to continue using it.

However, many people rely on ezine advertising to sell these
affiliate programs that others are failing at, and do very well.
So what are they doing to be successful?

They do not just post an ad, and wait for the dollars to arrive
in their mailbox. They have not fallen into what is referred to
as "the earn while you sleep" trap. You know, you throw up a few
ads on the web, and at night people all over the world are
sending you their hard earned money. They realize that like
anything else, if they are to succeed, they have to work at it.

The first thing they do is write some original ad copy, and back
it up with their own web site. With the cost of registering a
site AND a full year of web hosting for about $35, (see which is probably less than their monthly
fee to the affiliate program, this is a must.

They next seek out newsletters or ezines, whose subscribers fall
into their general target market. There, they place their
rewritten ads and keep them going. It takes usually 5 to 7
exposures to an ad to get someone's attention. The really
successful keep their ads in front of potential customers on a
regular basis.

Ezine advertising is one of the most effective, inexpensive forms
of advertising available on the web. You can get your message
out to thousands of prospects for a few dollars. If you can't
afford to advertise like this, you can't afford to be in

The old "saw" that "it takes money to make money" certainly holds
true when conducting a web based business. But the beauty here
is that you don't have to invest thousands to get started.

Many people trying to earn income on the web will fail, however a
well thought out program will make money. Is there any "magic
formula" which will guarantee success? Yes, but some are either
to busy with their regular job to pursue this like a business,
while others who do have the time, would rather spend it in other
activities, and are simply taking a "shot" hoping to get
something for little or no effort.

In order to succeed in any business, online or off, you have to
give it the proper attention, and approach it in a business like
fashion. And at the risk of using a "dirty word" you have to
"work", and approach it like a regular job. If you hope to build
an online business, you cannot sit back and hope the world will
beat a path to your door - they won't. You have to promote your
business to get the prospects interested in what you are trying
to sell.

People will invest their hard earned money in a program, but
don't take that next important step and spend a few bucks to
promote it. They search out inexpensive programs to work with,
and they are being "penny wise". But they don't spend the few
extra dollars to promote it. That is being "pound foolish".

If you are "penny wise and pound foolish" in your approach to
running any business, you will not succeed. If you approach it
in a business like manner, you will achieve success - if you
don't, you can't afford to be in business.

=====================Joke of the Day   (1)===============

An overweight blonde consulted her doctor for advice. The doctor advised that
she run ten miles a day for thirty days. This, he promised, would help her lose
as many as twenty pounds.

The blonde followed the doctor's advice, and, after thirty days, she was pleased
to find that she had indeed lost the pesky twenty pounds. She phoned the doctor
and thanked him for the wonderful advice which produced such effective results.
At the end of the conversation, however, she asked one last question: "How do I
get home, since I am now 300 miles away?"
