Today, I thought we’d discuss a “difficult” subject: the subject of money.

When the Internet first came into being, it was a virtual Paradise… all information,
resources, access etc. were f’ree for everyone who wished to use them. Tons and tons
of things to do, to learn, to use – all for f’ree!

Then, some people thought that hey! This is a good environment to do business in!
(which it is!) But business – any type of business – has costs and the objective of
profit. So, a “dirty” word for some comes into the picture… a snake in Paradise…
“money”.

Now, I don’t believe money is a dirty word, especially when I’m making it! As a
matter of fact, I believe that you can’t make money unless you invest some money.
And this is only fair… after all, why should anyone give you their hard-earned
money when you are not ready to risk some of your own?

But I was wondering – HOW MUCH do you believe is a fair amount to invest per
month to get your online business off the ground? $2000? $500? $50? Give me a
number and a reason please.

Extremely easy and what makes my life a total blast! I have fun every day doing
what I want on the Internet because I know the KEY to manifesting all the good
things is -- the Universe is a **Yes** Machine.

The native Americans had a saying -- "Walk what you talk."

In other words, you project what you get. Project negative or crappy thoughts, you
get a crappy life. Project the opposite and that comes true also.

The Universe is giving you what you want. The **YES** machine works both
ways. It's called the Law of Attraction.

For Instance:

I love to write and paint. So I made the Intention (Affirmation, positive thought –
whatever you want to call it) to do this on the Internet. I also said I do not want to
spend hundreds of hours of marketing so I also put this out to the Universe.

The results -- I have not done any marketing in a year and my logs show my unique
visitors have steadily increase each month (15,000 in May) so that I now have over
140,000 visitors (not hits) come to my site in the last year.

Also by being positive, I AM calm, peaceful and doing everything in ease, peace, fun
and joy.

You might say this is a Pollyanna approach but it isn't. I AM merely manifesting
what I want.

Everyone can do this -- change your thought, change your life. Is it easy at first?
Heck no. Because it's been ingrained that we have to "suffer or struggle."

Well NO we don't. The Law of Attraction (which is what Quantum Physics is now
proving) is based on energy. Just as the Law of Gravity is real so is the Law of
Attraction (like attracts like).

Crappy thoughts, crappy life. Good thoughts, good life. Why? Because thoughts are
energy.

I could go on and on about this but this post is much too long now (LOL)

So it's your choice and I hope you choose your thoughts wisely. (smile).

You have a point on this trend that well end up surpassing the old ways of generating
traffic to your site ten fold. People have tried Safelists, Traffic exchanges, and FFA
link farms. Many have grown tired of them.

I don't think the popularity of Blogs will fade out and flop such as the FFA sites did.

A subject close to my heart is discussed in “Help! I’m a Newbie!”

Rebecca Beasley. Following is what I thought was an interesting post I “swiped”
from in there (Hope you don’t mind, Rebecca!). Enjoy!

“Rule #1 for newbies! Realize Success does not come overnight nor usually with in
the first 6 months. Especially if you are just starting to get your internet knowledge.

Rule #2 Do not try and build Rome in one week. (You have to erect your first
affiliate building (promotion) before you can build an empire). So please don't join 3
dozen programs to promote at the same time, unless you have a small army to help
you.

Rule #3 Now this one is hard for most as so many newbies are attempting to earn
some money on the internet because they're current incomes aren't meeting their
needs and many are even desperate for the extra cash flow. The secret is to Think
like a Buyer Not a Seller. Ask YOURSELF, Would I buy this product? Why? How
does it benefit me? How do I think this product or service would benefit someone
else? Most important of all, "Do I Believe in this Product?" Well it’s the most
important question in my opinion as I like to get a good night’s sleep.
If you can answer none of the questions or have no belief, then make sure you are
not breaking,

Rule #4 Never be so desperate for the sale that you sacrifice the customer
relationship you have or are just building.
A satisfied customer will tell several friends, a dissatisfied will tell ALL of his
friends. Catch the Point?

I guess these really shouldn't be called rules, but tips as Internet marketing is so wide
a subject and so versatile.

Lastly, and a TIP I stress, whether you promote a single affiliate program or a
gizallion, is get organized, organized, organized!
