I’m celebrating my 1st year anniversary this month as the Moderator of AdlandPro. :)
I was reminded because I am leaving for vacation again next week and I recalled
compiling issue #406 or #407 last year on my laptop at a balcony overlooking the
beach of the Corinthian Gulf! Sixty issues later, we have gotten to know each other a
lot better. I have made lots of new friends and learned a whole lot from all of you
who contributed to the Digest over the last year.
I want to thank you all for being such a loyal group of members to AdlandPro and to
this Digest and I hope that I have helped you a little bit over this past year too.

Are you automated?

I received a curious question from an AdlandPro friend a couple of days ago, who
thanked me for my letter and said he did not understand what I meant when I said
about having his business automated. As soon as I started writing this Digest, it
dawned on me that in issue #465 I said that the summer is a great time to advertise
especially if you have your business automated.

When you have been a long time in this business, you forget that there are many
people just becoming involved on the net that are just learning the ropes. Well, I
decided to correct that! So here is what we will do:
I need some help from the seasoned online marketers. How about helping my friend
out by giving him (and so many others like him) some advice about how they can
automate a large part of their online business? And if you are a newbie and have
questions, hey, don’t wait for me to read your mind! Pop them in here!!

This is a subject close to my heart. Personal growth has been a theme in my life for
the longest time.

If I added up all the dollars I've put out over the past thirty-five years in books that
I've read, seminars I've attended, workshops in which I've participated--just to
scratch the surface, two more zeros could easily be added to the $500 mentioned.

About the cost of a Mercedes Benz.

I'm happy not to have this icon of an automobile. Inner peace and happiness (actually
the same state of being) I've worked toward assiduously. I've learned how to live in
the moment, not obsessing over past mistakes, not captivated by future anticipations.
I've learned the process of emptying the dross of my unconscious strategies.
Meditation and contemplative insight has brought me rewards no external glitz could
outshine.

So here I am in the field of Internet commerce offering a message--yes, invest in
learning how to be free. Come to know who you really are. The prize is greater than
all the money you can make.

I would judge from the saying "If what you have is not enough for your needs it is
your seed" and accordingly use part or all of the money on training myself to the
next level depending on how much I need for immediate expenses. You need to be
around tomorrow when the seed matures into a tree, right?

members! Certainly there are members out there that a) have experience with blogs,
b) know exactly how to work a forum correctly and/or c) have a profound knowledge
of affiliate recruiting! These were all subjects we touched upon in the previous

MLM vs. direct selling

Good Day everybody.

I have to ask this question and I do hope that there are good people out there that will
reply with a positive reply.

MLM vs. Direct Selling.

Please I need to know why people run very fast to MLM projects and when it is a
direct selling project then nobody is breaking down the front door???

I my case I have a club that helps every body to become a better person and for
sporting people to be winners every time. Now it works like this:
Mr X gets an other to join he will be paid 20% commission and when he gets the
next person to join he gets paid 20% comm. There is no down line or any MLM to
this club. So what is it that I am doing wrong because everybody is still running to
the MLM products??????

I do hope that this is posted and that I can get an answer.

4 Effective Ways To Use Autoresponders To Increase Your Sales

An autoresponder is a very powerful tool for any online business. Basically, an
autoresponder is used to ease your tasks. Automation is critical when running an
online business. Hence you won't need to do the tiring and boring manual tasks if
you automate your business.

An autoresponder simply sends backs a precomposed message to the recipient who
requested information from it by sending an email to this autoresponder address.

But autoresponders can be used for far more advanced tasks to increase your sales
for instance.

1. Use your autoresponder to publish an ezine

A nice function available in most autoresponders nowadays is the broadcast feature.

Every person who requests more information from your autoresponder e.g. to
subscribe is automatically added to your autoresponder database. Hence you will be
able to use the broadcast feature to publish your ezine and your subscribers in your
database will receive your newsletter automatically.

This is a low cost way to create mailing lists that your visitors can subscribe to
including your own ezine that you can use to effectively market your products.

Concentrate on making your ezine a source of valuable information for your
subscribers and you'll be able to create an ezine that your subscribers look forward to
reading and that increases your sales.

2. Use your autoresponder to deliver an email course

A very simple but yet powerful method of increasing your sales is to create an email
course that contains valuable information.

For eg if you are creating an email course about Internet marketing, you can write an
article that lists 7 Internet marketing methods.

Method 1 - Search Engines
Method 2 - Ezine Advertising
Method 3 - Joint ventures
Method 4 - Opt In Email
Method 5 - Affiliate Programs
Method 6 - Article Writing
Method 7 - Link Partnerships

Then put every marketing method in your autoresponder on a 7-day cycle. Hence
every person who requests this course will receive each lesson for a period of 7 days.

In each method, try to find products, be it affiliate products or your own products
that are related to this marketing technique and include a link.

For example if you own an ebook on how to write articles to promote your business,
you can include a link to that product in method 6.

3. Use your autoresponder to provide a report

Reports can be articles that you can easily deliver via an autoresponder. If you have
an article called "7 Powerful Internet Marketing Tactics To Promote Your Online
Business", you can easily use it as a report.

Include the links to the products to complement each method.

4. Use your autoresponder to promote your articles

Autoresponders are very effective ways to promote your articles along with your
website.

You can make your articles on your site or in the emails that you send to ezine
editors to consider your recent article for publication available by autoresponder.
You can say something like.

All my other articles available for reprint at
articles@autorespondername.com 

Make your articles available by autoresponder along with your publishing guidelines.
If you've written lots of articles, make a master list of your articles available by
autoresponder that lists all of your articles along with their autoresponder addresses.

This can provide you with a terrific way to get your articles published on a regular
basis by ezine publishers and webmasters who enjoy your writing.

Autoresponders should form part of your Internet business. Without them, your
business will suffer.

Consider an autoresponder as your own 24hr marketing machine.
