The Holy Bible says,

In his pride the wicked does NOT seek him; in all his thoughts there is NO room for God. (Psalm 10:4).

The pride of your heart has deceived you,... (Obadiah 1:3).

Pride goes before destruction,... (Proverbs 16:18).

God hates pride....(Proverbs 8:13).
