DescriptionJim Winter Auto Group is seeking an experienced and professional customer service representative to support the business goals of the service department. You will communicate with current and previous customers to schedule, confirm, and follow-up on service appointments. Recent inbound and outbound phone experience is highly preferred; automotive knowledge is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Answer all incoming service calls according to a proven, pre-set written script, and schedule appointments.
  • Schedule follow-up contact if no appointment is made.
  • Confirm scheduled appointments.
  • Re-schedule “no-show" customer appointments.
  • Follow-up with service department to determine if the appointment was kept and what the outcome was. Schedule future contact as needed.
  • Maintain and update customer contact changes in CRM database.
