The Snapmaker Artisan clearly represents an evolutionary step forward from Snapmaker 2.0. A strengthened motion system, improved module exchange mechanism, stronger laser, stronger CNC spindle, and enhanced 3D printing capabilities ensure that. As a multifunctional machine, Snapmaker Artisan provides 3D printing, specifically dual extrusion 3D printing, laser engraving and cutting, and CNC engraving and cutting. For 4-axis laser and CNC engraving, a separate rotational module is offered.
This 3D printer has many unique features that make it a powerhouse machine, and the 10W high-power Snapmaker Laser is one of them. The Snapmaker laser module in the Artisan features a 10W high-power laser engraver and cutter that can engrave at speed as high as 6000 mm/min while cutting through wood as thick as 8 mm in a single pass. It also has an ultra-fine laser focus (0.05 mm*0.2 mm), allowing high-quality laser work with impeccable details.
