As a mental health and life coach, I take a holistic approach to helping people dealing with depression, anxiety, relationships, and grief and loss by helping them rediscover their sense of purpose in life. Through in-office or telehealth sessions, we’ll work together to tangibly tackle life’s heavy issues while working towards gaining clarity of mind to thrive in the world, even amidst life’s challenges.
