At the time of installing QuickBooks desktop edition, the user might end up in the QuickBooks desktop freezing up issue. This issue means that the software hangs and doesn’t close when the user tries to shut it down. It usually generates new offscreen window that runs in the background, and when the user closes the software, the window doesn’t shut down.
