Retaining your customer base is essential through any economic times, good or bad your priority should be to keep or attempt to keep clients who appear to be withdrawing the need for your services or are just calling in to cancel.
This helps in two ways, one is you can assist your customer in utilizing with the services you are offering to fully maximize the benefit to them. This may be all that is required to retain them or reverse a cancellation. Two, if your customer is utilizing your service to the fullest and it is not helping them, you may have discovered a shortcoming with your service that will allow you to improve it and possibly bring in potential customers after you have upgraded it.
Be proactive and look at what you are doing to deserve your customer's business. Is there more you can offer and are you asking them? Post active, it is never too late to make a special offer to a client who has already cancelled. Discover what the reason for cancelling was and offer them a special deal or package and make sure you make them aware of how to fully utilize what you are offering. If you are consistent with offering a little attention and support it will go a long way in keeping the customer happy and loyal.
As always and feedback or questions are always welcome, just click on my name below

MLM Prospecting - Take a Glance Behind the Scenes of
Prospecting
By Charlene Hall
Let's take a sneak peek into the new premier "Prospecting". Actually, this action-packed, everyone rated, motion picture has been on the scene for years, yet, highly misconstrued and underestimated. Here is a review on what "Prospecting" is really about and, as the bonus feature, action steps to ensure you are performing in its real meaning. Take a moment and ask yourself: How many websites have you opted into and actually received a phone call? Perhaps not many, if any at all. But why is that? Surely we do not expect to thrive in an industry whose success rate is based upon building relationships. That's the beauty of network marketing and duplication at its best; getting on the phones and really prospecting.
The true essence of prospecting lies in contacting your leads personally via telephone or in-person conversation. We cannot hide behind the computer nor our autoresponder. Yes, our marketing strategies involve the Internet and it is understood that the initial relationship building begins with our social media and lead capture pages. In addition to, the real relationship component is sealed through our live interactions.
It is here where we exude our passion for the industry and have the opportunity to get to know them, their goals, dreams, aspirations, and what is leading them to network marketing. Finally, your prospects are introduced to you, their leader. It goes both ways. This alone should breed excitement.
Did I mention leader? Yes. By you contacting your prospects by phone rather than email, you position and brand yourself as leader and one who sincerely cares about his people. With this said, there is absolutely nothing to be afraid of! If you don't pick up the phone and don't want to call people, you need to quit the business, now. Not to be harsh, but that's reality.

Here are some consistent, action steps to begin applying
in your schedule today: 1. If you want to make a
full-time income in this industry, you must prospect
at least 2-4 hours a day, five days a week. It must
be done on a consistent basis in order to see results.
Just starting out and don't have enough leads? Call
people you've connected with on your social media
sites...you know, the ones that you message information
back and forth to regularly. Why not take your
relationship up a notch and give them a call? You never
know the valuable info you may feed to each other.
2. Ask yourself daily: How many people have you
connected with TODAY? This will keep prospecting in
the forefront of your mind everyday!
3. Study people. One of the best ways to
understanding people is studying personalities. You will
learn that what you say to one personality will motivate
and get them excited, however, you can share the exact
same message to a different personality and get no
response. Learning the various personalities and how to
speak their language will bring awesome results in your
career as well as position you as a leader.
So what's really behind the curtains of
"Prospecting"? Making phone calls, plain and simple.
This may be the break you were waiting for! Now, it is
time for you to move forward, pick up the phone, and
begin calling your leads like crazy! Smile, be
confident, laugh & have fun. You will be amazed at the
beautiful friendships you will create as well as
sponsoring new team members into your organization.
Lights, camera, ACTION!!!

Common Technical Questions
How can I use the viewer's IP address provided in the
confirmation message I receive from Adlandpro when the same
viewer clicks on my ad on your website? I just want to send
them an email to thank them.
Responses to your advertisement are email messages sent
to you when visitors to our site click on the heading of
your ad. When this happens, our visitor is redirected to
your site. At the same time, a message is being sent to
you to notify you that a user has visited your site.
This helps you to analyze the effectiveness of your
advertising. Those messages act like simple hit counters
for your ad when you have no other sophisticated tools
to track your responses. There is no legitimate or moral
way to capture a visitors email address from there IP
address, simply because they have visited our site or
yours.
In some cases when the user who clicked on your ad is
our registered Adland Pro user, your confirmation email
will contain a link to contact this person.
If you have any questions
regarding email
notifications or if we can help in anyway please
