4 Steps To Higher Google Rankings For Your Blog By Robert W. Troch Really, at least from what I am learning, there are MANY ways you need to be using to promote your blog so it ranks higher in the search rankings, but here are four steps that I learned from Russell Brunson that I am about to implement. 1. Go to ClickBank and search the topic you want to post about. Then find the most popular/highest ranked products. Read the descriptions etc, that go with the products and look for words that are common among them OR are just use words in those big money making products. 2. Use one of those words as a keyword for a post. You can either write the post OR (even better in my opinion) record a video of yourself talking about your subject. If you have trouble writing OR it takes you too long to write OR you just don't like to write then VIDEO is the way to go. If you find that you are too "low key" in your video record it again, and be more over the top than you think you should. Many times (on camera and on a computer screen) this kind of approach comes across as excitement, and not as over the top as you may think. Also tell a quick story at the beginning. Since video/audio content isn't really search able yet you can have someone transcribe your video to text and post it below the video. Try not to use an "exact" transcription as that sounds a little weird. Leave out the ummms and ahhhs etc. Best is to pay someone else to do this. I am going to have my sister do it for now., but what's cool is that you can outsource something like this for pretty cheap. Try Elance to fish around for someone. 4. Here's the REALLY cool part. Collect 8-12 keywords (or more if you like) and record video posts about each of them. Then have each one transcribed and presto!
