seeking a full time office assistant Female. 5 days per week. (Office operates M-F 8:00am-5:00pm). Starting pay of 12.00/18.00hr. Paid weekly.
Looking for local CDL driver home every day pays real good

Duties include:
-Filing documents as per the requirement of the office managers or updating files
-Data entry and loading other necessary information into the software programs.
-Making copies of the documents, as assigned by the office managers and also according to the needs of the office.
-Answering and receiving phone calls.
-Sending/receiving faxes.
-Works of daily errands.
-Monitoring office supply orders
-Picking up/ distributing the incoming mails to the respective staff.
-Maintaining and organizing the paper and electronic documents. Storing them properly for future reference.
-Keeping the list of employee communication and contacts updated.
-Maintaining office organization and cleanliness.
-Timesheets management
-Preparation of lien waivers
-Insurance requests

Qualifications and Skills:
-Worked in previous office setting (preferably construction).
-Excellent written and oral communication skills.
-Must be a initiator in taking responsibilities.
-Attention to detail and record keeping.
-Skilled in computer related functions of MS word, excel and other software MANDATORY.
-Must have a valid driver's license
-Driver 1 year experience with valid medical up to date
