Powerful breathing for stress release and relaxation

I share with you a breathing technique that I love to turn to
whenever I feel the need to slow down and allow my body and
mind to take a moment to reset and rejuvenate.

It is a very powerful pranayama technique that helps
to release stress and stimulate the vagus nerve ,
which in turn promotes relaxation through the body
by activating the parasympathetic nervous system.

Use your own counting and make sure that your breath
feels smooth and easy without straining any part of the body.

Remember that doing anything, including breathing with love,
compassion and gratitude for your body, and for the space
around you raises your vibration.
