Hi Beverly,

those are serious stress relievers! and very funny!

I heard this one before! for cubicle office workers
Every minute or so stand up and look around...and then all will be doing it before you know it!

Ok This is not something that I will admit to doing anymore. However, I will admit that when I was a smart know it all teenager in the sixties, I was known to shall I say, play on the phone with another girlfriend of mine. My mother never did know about this, she would have grounded me for a month.

Pick a name out of the phone book and ask them if their refridgerator is running, when they answer yes, tell them they better go catch it.

Or call a random name out of the phone book and ask them if I.C. U. P. is there?

Now let's here some more!

Hi Beth,  just found your forum as we connected on our friends list.

If the source of stress is a person, picture them in the nude.

Have a fun filled, stress free day.

Thanks for stopping by Mary. Here's one that cracks me up!

                                     Stress relief

One day at the office, Joe was sitting at his desk working. His co-worker Frank walks in and notices that Joe is not feeling well.

"What's wrong Joe", asks Frank.

"I'm all stressed out, my head is killing me."

"You want to know what I do when I need relief from stress?", suggests Frank. "I go home, tell my wife to lie on the bed, then I rest my head on her chest. Give it try, it works great!"

Joe then takes a break. An hour later he returns to work totally refreshed with a smile on his face.

"You look alot better, did you try what I told you?", asked Frank.

"I sure did, thanks!", responded Joe. "By the way, you have a nice apartment."
