Leonard,

For as long as I can recall I was never allowed to skip Breakfast and today my body reminds me its breakfast time lol

Normal breakfast consist of 1 cup of shredded Wheaton, 1 slice of toast with apricot jam and coffee . Lunch at times know to skip or have a low fat fruit yogurt . Thank you for reminding us how important breakfast is my friend enjoy your day Gods speed :-) Lee

Hi Lee,

No I don't think I was ever allowed to skip breakfast either while growing up.
I love shredded wheat also.
I also like oatmeal. I cannot skip breakfast it's too important to me. It sounds like you have a healthy balance for breakfast and lunch. You must be one of those lean guys I always envy. :)

I must say Brother Len that you look good in a suit but you didn't have to dress up for all your Adland friends just to serve us breakfast cake  LOL

I do look pretty good though don't I?

I aim to please my friend.

Watch out for those burger and fries at lunch time though they can can cause some real problems.lol
