Cotten Schmidt, L.L.P. began expanding into Louisiana in late 2009, when lawyers from the defunct Abbott Simses company in New Orleans joined the Fort Worth firm. We were joined in 2015 by attorneys from well-known companies in Corpus Christi and The Woodlands. Each group of lawyers was brought on board as a result of the relationships we had built through years of working together on significant matters for common clients.
