The majority of our service calls for backups are caused by a lack of maintenance:
Not cleaning filter on a regular basis
Not checking tank level
Not having the tank pumped on a regular basis
Not checking the pump and float operation
Silenced alarms or failed alarm float that hasn't been checked
Regular maintenance will solve this
Remote wifi alarms available
Often we will know of a back up before you do, even if you are out of town
