1. Buy it now. Please provide a photo of your character's face or an illustration or drawing of the clothes, and fill in the order request form.
2. If you want to make a customised plush toy, We will design cartoon sketch, and send a draft drawing to you. (Please reply within 5 days to confirm your acceptance of the draft, or make comments if any changes are needed.)
* If we do not receive your reply within 5 days, we will assume that you are happy with the draft. If any comment is received, we can make 1 revision according to your request for free.
3. Finally, we will ship the product to you.
**The colour of the actual product may have slight deviation from the colour in the draft design. It is due to the reason that our products are all handmade. Please do accept the minor flaws and appreciate the uniqueness of each product.
