Prepare galvanized steel for powder coating:
1. Clean: Remove bumps and wash with a degreaser. For heavy contamination, use solvent cleaning too.
2. Roughen surface: Achieve this with sweep blasting, zinc phosphate solution, or grinding.
3. Rinse and dry: Wash away debris and ensure complete dryness before powder coating.
