Simple Recipe with SDS Sabzi Masala: Mixed Vegetable Sabzi

Ingredients:
2 tablespoons oil
1 teaspoon jeera (cumin seeds)
1 large pyaz (onion), finely chopped
2 tamatar (tomatoes), chopped
1 teaspoon adrak-lehsun paste (ginger-garlic paste)
1 gajar (carrot), diced
1 cup gobhi (cauliflower) florets
1 cup sem (green beans), chopped
1 cup matar (peas), fresh or frozen
1 large aloo (potato), diced
2 teaspoons SDS Sabzi Masala

Namak (salt) to taste
Fresh dhania patta (coriander leaves), chopped (for garnish)

Instructions:
Heat the Oil: In a large pan, heat the oil over medium heat. Add the jeera (cumin seeds) and let them sizzle for a few seconds until aromatic.
Sauté Onions: Add the chopped pyaz (onions) and sauté until they turn golden brown.

Add Ginger-Garlic Paste: Stir in the adrak-lehsun paste (ginger-garlic paste) and cook for another minute until the raw smell disappears.

Add Tomatoes: Add the chopped tamatar (tomatoes) and cook until they become soft and mushy.

Cook Vegetables: Add the diced gajar (carrots), gobhi (cauliflower) florets, sem (green beans), matar (peas), and aloo (potatoes). Mix well.

Add Spices: Sprinkle the SDS Sabzi Masala and namak (salt) over the vegetables. Stir to coat the vegetables evenly with the spices.

Cook with Water: Add a little water (about 1/4 cup) to help the vegetables cook. Cover the pan and let it simmer on low heat for about 15-20 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender. Stir occasionally and add more water if needed.

Garnish and Serve: Once the vegetables are cooked, garnish with fresh dhania patta (coriander leaves). Serve hot with roti, paratha, or rice.

Tips:
Adjust the amount of SDS Sabzi Masala according to your taste preference.
Feel free to add or substitute any vegetables you like.

For a richer flavor, you can add a tablespoon of malai (cream) or a few kaju (cashews) while cooking the vegetables.
