I’m in the market for a new set of double bed sheets, and I’m specifically looking for 100% cotton. I love the softness and breathability of cotton, especially for warmer months. Any recommendations on where to buy good quality ones?
I’m also curious about thread count—does it really make a difference in comfort and durability? Any brands or stores you’ve had good experiences with?
Thanks in advance! 😊

Hey [User123]!
I totally agree with going for cotton sheets—they're super comfy! In my experience, the thread count does matter, but anything above 300 should be soft enough. Higher thread counts (500+) feel smoother but can get a bit pricier.
I’ve had good luck with Egyptian cotton sheets from Macy’s. Also, try checking out Brooklinen or Parachute Home—they both have high-quality cotton sheets that last.
Happy sheet shopping! 😄

I second the recommendation for Brooklinen! I’ve been using their cotton percale double bed sheets for a few months, and they feel amazing—lightweight, crisp, and breathable. Perfect if you’re a warm sleeper. For thread count, I think it’s more about the type of cotton. Egyptian or Pima cotton is a great choice for that luxurious feel.
Also, don’t overlook IKEA! They have affordable, pure cotton options, and some of their sets hold up really well over time.
