Code of a Black Ally 8 Week Course for Allies at Tough Convo

The COBA course is an 8 week course with 4 masterclasses every other week and lessons every week inbetween. We will take a journey into our anti-black racism experiences through reflections, learnings and actionable exercises.

You will be journalling while answering some soul searching questions, you will have a network to share and learn from, and we will examine our thoughts and behaviours around 13 key concepts in order to crystallize our own intentions and growth, through action and community support.
