Over a series of ten 90-minute sessions, each part of the body is addressed and brought into alignment with the other parts to create a healthier, freer, more vibrant whole. What’s more, these changes are very long lasting. Researchers at UCLA were still able to identify changes in the bodies of test subjects after five years with no additional work.
