Common Symptoms of Carpal Tunnel Syndrome
1. Tingling or Numbness - Often affects the thumb, index, middle, and part of the ring finger. Symptoms may worsen at night or when holding objects like a phone or steering wheel.
2. Weakness in the Hand - Difficulty gripping objects or a tendency to drop things. Weakness in the thumb due to affected muscles.
3. Pain or Discomfort - Aching or burning pain in the wrist and palm. Pain may radiate up the forearm towards the shoulder.
4. Worsening Symptoms at Night - Symptoms often become more noticeable when sleeping due to wrist positioning.
