IAS officer Pawan Yadav was appointed as the private secretary to Union Home Minister Amit Shah on Wednesday, an official order said. A 2014 batch IAS officer of Manipur cadre, Pawan Yadav was working as the deputy secretary in the Union Home Ministry.
