Not sure how to screen record on Android? I’m here to help!
For Most New Android Phones (Android 11 and above):
Swipe Down from the top of your screen to open the Quick Settings panel.

Look for the "Screen Record" or "Screen Recorder" icon.
(You might need to swipe right or tap the pencil/edit icon to find and add it.)

Tap the "Screen Record" icon.

Choose your recording settings:

Turn Microphone on or off (to record external sound)

Enable or disable showing touches on the screen

Tap Start or Start Recording.

A countdown (usually 3 seconds) will begin, and then recording starts.

To stop recording, swipe down and tap the red Stop button in the notification bar.

Your video is saved automatically in the Gallery or Photos app under "Screen Recordings" or "Videos."

For Phones Without Built-in Screen Recorder (Older Versions):
Go to the Google Play Store.

Search for and download a trusted screen recording app. Some good options:

AZ Screen Recorder

Mobizen Screen Recorder

XRecorder

Open the app and grant the necessary permissions (camera, microphone, storage).

Tap the record button in the app’s overlay or toolbar.

Customize settings (resolution, frame rate, sound, etc.) if needed.

Tap Start, and the screen recording will begin.

When finished, pull down the notification bar and tap Stop.

Your recording will be saved in the app’s folder or your phone's gallery.

Tips:
Plug in your charger if you’re recording for a long time — screen recording uses more battery.

Clear notifications before recording to avoid interruptions or distractions.

Use Do Not Disturb mode to block calls or pop-ups while recording.
