Before rising to the helm of THP, Karli Farrow built her career in healthcare consulting, specializing in reducing wait times and refining chronic disease management systems. Her expertise extended into government at a high level—serving as Director of Policy to the Premier of Ontario and Chief of Staff to the Minister of Health and Long-Term Care.
