Strays offers a fresh and dog-filled look at the animal world, but also contains dark undertones of friendship, loyalty and betrayal. The film revolves around a poor little dog abandoned in the middle of the street by his cruel owner. While wandering around looking for a way to survive, he accidentally meets a gang of street dogs who are "gangsters" but extremely charming in a vulgar way.
