Commonly asked question - "I need to find my targeted market to advertise my product/services, how can I do this?"
To answer this question you must ask yourself the following questions:
What kind of product or service are you offering?
Why does it fit their needs?
This is part of the preparation of being ready for your target market. Knowing everything there is to know about what your product/service offers is an absolute must. Buyers will ask questions, you need to give them the answers they need without hesitation. Imagine if you are buying something and you ask the salesperson a question and they respond with "I am not sure, let me find out". The buyer will have immediately lost confidence, the buyer is looking to be guided into the purchase, if you give the buyer the opportunity to back out they most probably will. Explaining how your product/service is going to make things easier for them will take them to the next step of making the purchase.
"I know everything there is about my product/service, where is my Targeted Market?"
Ask yourself:
Who does it or who would it appeal to?
How does your product or service benefit this market?
If you know your product inside out, then you should know who this is going to appeal to and what benefits it will provide. As an example; I have a new thermal water bottle that is not available on the retail market. It has a sleek design, is high volume and will keep liquids hot or cold for at least 10 hours. Who would this help? My first thoughts would be the Sports or Leisure communities. So I know the general market I want to reach and that it make sense to offer this product to. I also know the benefits that my product can offer this market.
As always and feedback or questions are always welcome, just click on my name below.

7 Ways to Get Customers to Buy More From Your Small Business
By Joan Nowak
Did you ever mention a product or service to a long-time customer - and they say 'I didn't know you did that'? Of course you have. So how is it that customers who have done business with you forever don't know you offer certain products or services?
The answer is simple. You never told them - or stopped telling them.
As a business owner, you get new customers because a specific product or services meets a current need. You may even stay in touch through various efforts so they continue to think of you when they have another need for THAT particular product or service.
But many customers have needs for more than one of your services - now or in the future. The key is to make them aware of all the products and services you offer - then keep reminding them to gain the sale when that need also arises.
Here's 7 ways to keep your range of services in front of your customers - so they spend more and buy more often:
1. Develop monthly specials and promotions that include products or services from different categories. For example, an office supply business can promote office furniture and office cleaning supplies with traditional office supplies. A wine store can promote accessories and wine tasting events with traditional wine sales. A graphic designer can promote logo development projects with traditional brochures. Use your promotional calendar to educate your customers.
2. Go beyond your website. While most businesses use their website to promote their full range of offerings, no need to stop there. Brochures and printed materials are an ideal place to promote your full range - with pictures and text. But don't overlook newsletters, monthly emails and presentations too.
3. Online business directories offer a great way to build traffic from current and new customers. Beyond just contact information and links to your website, many of these free business profiles allow you to list your products and services and even promote one or two with specials. Google Places, Manta, Foursquare and Hotfrog are just a few. Check them out.

4. If you use customer testimonials or client case studies in your marketing efforts, make sure they reflect your full range of services. Connect the solutions or benefits customers receive to specific products or services. It's a great way to educate them on what you do and how well you do it.
5. If you utilize reward or VIP programs that include free products or services after a certain number of purchases, consider using alternate, complimentary products for the giveaway. For example, instead of 11th haircut free after 10 are purchased, consider a free massage or manicure after 10 haircuts. This allows you to introduce a customer to another service you provide and still add value.
6. Social media offers a great platform to promote and educate current customers, along with new prospects. Why not launch or promote a different product or service each month - with a special offer exclusively for your followers. One of my clients launched a new dance workshop on Facebook. She filled it in two days - but more important, current students and parents now know this is a service they offer. She now runs one every month and it's full!
7. Networking events are popular with many small business owners and give you a chance to connect with customers and strategic partners. Don't talk about the same product or services - diversify what you discuss. Use these encounters to share stores that educate others on your full range of services.
Your current customers can't buy what they don't know you sell. But with a little education through cross-selling efforts, you can build awareness and open the door to more sales opportunities. It's a great way to put more revenue in your business without buying new customers!

Why a Niche Market?
By Debbie L Moore Niche marketing is a term that is used frequently these days. The truth is, it is a term that can mean different things depending on the situation. Basically, though, this type of marketing is targeted to a group of people who have some important things in common. These commonalities could be leisure activities, music interests, hobbies, or about anything else you can imagine.
No matter what the common thread, the bigger question is, why choose a niche market. This is a question many have when starting out in business or when re-inventing an existing business. On the surface, marketing to a smaller group of people might seem counterproductive. After all, doesn't it make sense to go for the largest number of potential customers?
However, looking closer, marketing to a smaller, more targeted group has several advantages.
For one thing, niche marketing lets you focus your attention better. Instead of trying to focus on many different aspects of a market or a group of people, you can zero in and be more specific. This way what you offer can really be tailored to your audience. You can meet their needs much better this way. This is a big key to successful niche marketing.
Another consideration is that by choosing a niche market you will have less competition. This is especially true if you choose a market that is relatively new. By doing this, you will avoid competing with the big name retailers. Instead, you will be able to carve out your specific niche and market specifically to them.
An additional advantage to choosing a niche market is the increased pace at which you can build credibility. When you are focused on a smaller, more targeted group, you can establish yourself as an expert faster. This lets you build a name for yourself which results in a trust with your customers.
When you focus on a specific niche, you have more time to get to know the needs and preferences of your market. You'll better be able to understand "what keeps them awake at night", and then provide the solution. When you can identify a need that no one else has met, you're on your way to a successful niche market.
Your marketing dollars will go a lot further when you are targeted and better able to meet the specific needs of your identified market. Instead of risking spreading yourself too thin, you'll be able to zero in on the needs of your niche. Before long, you'll be profiting from doing just that.

Common Technical Questions
I just signed up for the Social
Network Registry, how do I update the communities that
you have signed me up to?
It is important to update your profile on each of these
communities. It will only take a few minutes on each
community to complete it. You should already have your
your photo or logo, site links and a small bio ready.
The quickest way is to set up your bio and links on a
word program like notepad that allows you to copy and
paste and have your photo/logo file ready for upload.
You can then log in to each community one at a time and
copy and paste your bio and upload your picture. This
will take only a couple of minutes for each and your bio
does not have to be changed as it is going onto
different sites. You can do your updates the same way.
You have quick launch pages in your AdlandPro account,
it is called "My Networks" and you can use these pages
in order to update the community sites we have
registered you to.

regarding email
notifications or if we can help in anyway please
